The hotel was charming, clean and airy. The pool area was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable and the AC worked really well. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is 4 minutes drive from the airport in a middle class residential neighborhood, on a pretty quiet block. The woman at the front desk was so lovely and helpful! She even made sure we were able to take some breakfast to go when we had an early departure.

No views really and not a lot of nearby dining options

Wonderful hidden gem that makes you feel special. I loved everything about the place. Fransisco at the front desk was always so happy and willing to chat and answer any questions a guest might have.The entire property was spotless. Housekeeping friendly and they did a wonderful job in cleaning the room. The breakfasts are wonderful. Fruit, breads, eggs and potatoes all made to order when you were ready. Juices were fresh. The chef was fabulous. He will even prepare a delicious lunch for you if you plan in advance. There’s a nice small pool on the property that’s wonderful for a quick dip after a busy day of seeing the city. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Location was a bit far from the scene of the action. Taxi drivers could never find it. Even when I showed them the address and location in Spanish.

This hotel is absolutely charming. The entire feel is one to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and the shower had HOT water!! Our room had a terrace with a TV overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and a good temperature. The breakfast was phenomenal. It is within walking distance to the airport and there are several good restaurants in the area. It’s a bit far from the historic part of the city but it’s a cheap Uber/taxi. The ladies who worked the front desk were very kind and helpful. I wish we would have stayed longer.

There wasn’t much we disliked. The mattresses are very hard - my husband liked it, I didn’t. Because the Tv was outside, the sound carried. We were asked to turn it down and we did but then had to use subtitles. It’s a nice idea to have the TV there but not very practical. The only thing that upset us was that the night staff member came and knocked on our door around 11:30pm when we were already asleep to ask us to turn off the outdoor fan. I can understand not wanting it to run all night, and we should have noticed it was on, but waking us up late at night does not seem reasonable.

One of my favorite stays in Colombia - the best thing about the hotel is how close it is to the airport. Literally a 15 mins walk (I tried it with a backpack). Once arrived, the atmosphere is like getting to your grandma's home. The people tending to the hotel are very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They are one of the best assets of the place. There is a small pool at the center of the hotel yard, perfect for chilling after a hot day. The daily breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. In all - I had a great stay and enjoyed this charming hotel very much.

Everything was great, really. Maybe in terms of distance towards the city, it is a bit further away (15-20 mins by taxi), but that is only a problem if you stay for a longer time and need to go back and forth between the city and the hotel. I didn't find it to be an inconvenience.

Everything about Charme 64 was fantastic - from the clean, spacious room with a mini fridge, large TV, and comfortable bed - to the lovely, small pool with lounge chairs and sunny patio. The staff was welcoming and kind - especially Luz, who reached out on WhatsApp a few days before our arrival. The breakfast included coffee, fresh fruit, a bread basket, and eggs or arepa de huevo. The sitting area inside is nice for relaxing. The location in Barrio Crespo is ideal for the beaches, malecón, and airport, plus there are many great, local restaurants that you can walk to from Charme 64. ¡Cinco estrellas!

The shower took a long time to drain and had standing water, but, eventually, it did clear - a minor detail compared to the rest of our stay!

This cozy boutique is family owned and operated and when you come here to stay they treat you as such, My experience at the hotel was exceptional as they catered to my every need. Francisco, the owner, ensured that my stay was memorable and enjoyable. by recommending and finding the perfect tourist attraction for me. I'm a hard critic when it comes to food but the entree's served here was "Chef's kiss". The premises is gated but the neighborhood is very safe - for added security there is a guard after 4 pm. The location is close to nearby restaurants as well as other attractions. What more to say - you'll love this place!

Clean hotel in good location close to airport & restaurants.

Very difficult to find the hotel on the street as the street numbers 64-68 are same colour as the wall, and no sign indicating a hotel. Recommend you pin the hotel location on google maps before arriving so you don't circle the block as we did for 15 min with a taxi driver who can't find it and no Wifi to confirm you're in right place.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family, including our one-year-old niece. Speaking of the room, it was impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the bedding to the thoughtful touches like extra towels and toiletries. The chef truly knows their craft, delivering flavors that delighted our taste buds. A definite highlight of our stay! However, what truly sets of Charme 64 Hotel apart is its unwavering commitment to hospitality. Whether it was the warm greetings from the staff each time we passed through the lobby, their genuine care and attention made us feel like part of the family. There wasn't anything negative about our stay; everything was perfect!

The property is very nice and well maintained. I was there with 4 of my friends for a duration of 7 nights. Breakfast was included throughout our stay the entire week & was made by a very kind hearted chef that would also make anything else you’d like during the day if you let them know im advance that you are planning to have other meals at the hotel. Room service was offered every day at flexible hours as well as separate sets of towels for the pool/beach. Keep in mind this is a very cozey place where the owner used to have as a home and later transformed into a hotel by adding a third floor. There was security every night which made it feel extremely safe. The airport was a 5 min drive away and Marbella beach was a 15 min walk from the hotel. Theres a convenience store right around the corner as well as street food carts, restaurants, hair salons, nail salons & drugstore all accessible right around the corner at 2 to 10 min walks. I really recommend this location.

The safety box was too small, would recommend them to get bigger ones incase you want to fit a laptop or camera.
