I booked this for my brother, Location and Price for the time he went was very good. Room was comfortable enough with breakfast. And there’s a sunset view at the rooftop.

He usually leave the room key at the reception when he leaves but everytime he comes back, he noticed someone has been to his room despite the ‘Do Not Disturb/Clean’ sign.

Close to the colonial area of Cartagena and the staff were both helpful and friendly. I only have good things to say about the staff and their service!

Unfortunately there is no hot water and breakfast is more like a snack.

The mattress was really tough and we found it uncomfortable

Walking distance (10-15 min) from center. Great view from the floor 7-9, Helpful and nice staff. Good infrastructure: elevator ( but only to 5th floor), Wi-Fi, TV, air con, safe, good matlass, quiet location, modern Supermarket next door.

The charge of 30'000/hr cop if check out after 12:00.

Location is a 10, Staff is a 10, Breakfast an 11. This hotel did not dissapoint. I would stay again.

Pillows suck

beds were super comfortable. nice room. breakfast was okay but small, as it was included. all in all great Hotel for the price!

our room was located right underneath the breakfast place. in the mornings, it was really loud from the chairs and tables being moved I guess. netflix on the TV was not possible unfortunately.
