You truly get the vibe of being in the middle of the jungle here. Beautiful and lush landscaping, hidden and private pools, hammock in the back - all here to make you calm and relaxed. You can get their local style breakfast in the back, surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants. The pools are open until quite late, and since it's not a big property you could easily find time when there are no other people around. The car can safely be parked in the front of the villa.

Our villa didn't have air conditioning in the common areas, only in the bedrooms, so we couldn't really hang out in the living room together because it was so hot. The shower in the bathroom didn't want to properly drain, and the laundry's humidity made the whole villa smell a bit "wet". If you're unlucky, loud free roaming chicken will wake you up in the morning.

Nice location a bit out of town, comfortable and very clean, great hammocks and lovely pool.

The curtains covering the whole room and facing the complex were see-through at night, so felt a bit uncomfortable really relaxing in our own space. Weird door in the shower into another area (unknown area!) which although was locked from our side, had a gap above the door. Quite an odd set-up, felt like someone could look over the shower (or come in!) at any point.

Liked the location, which was a little off the main road, so it was nice and quiet. The facilities were old but working, and we found the laundry room really useful for our purposes. Overall, it was worth the money to house our entire family for this vacation comfortably.

Would have enjoyed more chairs since we were a family of five and there were only four chairs to use.

Nothing in particular The kitchen amenities could be better. As such this should be ok for short stays but for longer stays people might need a few more conveniences

The facility is in a good location, quiet, beautiful surroundings, great staff, feeling like home, very nice morning breakfast area with pool and hammocks. Relaxing!

The access road had rocks, no pavement. We found it could be there more towel hangers and we would recommend to add night stand lamps. otherwise a great place!!

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean, as was our room.

Beds were not great. Roosters started at 5:30, so then the dog started barking, I guess that’s par for CR.

We were given a room that wasn't very desirable. There were ants that we had to deal with inside the room plus a lizard that my wife freaked out about, but was something I enjoyed seeing. However, there were 4 cabins that looked very nice. The yard and swimming pool were well taken care of and beautiful. The breakfast was okay and included some traditional Costa Rica cuisine.

just needs something in the room for luggage and clothes. shelving or drawers would be helpful. otherwise it is perfect.

Nice villa for a family of 5 staying near all the attractions in Fortuna and even had a washing machine. The property was clean and safe and the pools were nice (although they needed a cleaning at the end of the long weekend)

It would have been nice to have a few extra necessities in the kitchen like dish soap, towels, etc but the store is nearby.

It's a tropical garden in a walled compound a little way out of town. They serve a wonderful breakfast poolside each morning.
