This hotel is a gem!! It went far beyond our expectations. The place is clean, the common areas are well appointed, the pool never had even one leaf in it, and the staff are some of the best with whom we have interacted. We have told all of family and friends about this place. The breakfast is amazing, all the options are tasty and filling. The restaurants makes the best pizza and pasta we had ever eaten. It beats Europe by a long shot. This will be our go-to hotel for all future trips to the amazing town of La Fortuna. Pura vida!

Check in was easy! I traveled with kids, it's a family friendly place. Kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very clean in addition to the beautiful artwork everywhere. There was always something new to see everywhere you look. Kids enjoyed the lounging areas with books that were in English and Spanish as well. The restaurant is very conveniently located next to the property and food was delicious with a nice variety also kid friendly. Would definitely return.

Great location on the main road going towards La Fortuna and hot springs. Lots of options for sodas and restaurants. We also enjoyed eating at the Italian restaurant at the hotel that makes tasty wood-fired oven pizzas, which are a little pricey but hotel guests get a little discount. There is a shared kitchen which is well equipped and very useful when we didn't fancy eating out. Having the laundry/dryer room available was such a godsend especially if you're doing lots of water activities (white water rafting, El Salto rope swing, tubing, hot springs, etc) on your trip . We didn't use the pool as there were also lots of activities to do in La Fortuna/Arenal. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms in the hotel face a courtyard and are setback from the main road, so it's quiet to get a good night's sleep.

The parking space is a little small, but we had no problems getting in and out of the car park.

The hotel is cozy and very clean. There is a shared kitchen where guests can even cook if they wish or simply make tea, coffee or use microwave or refrigerator. There is the laundry room available for guests. There is a little swimming pool and nice rest area. There is Italian restaurant on the property of the hotel snd they make the most delicious pasta and pizza! Special thanks to señor Luca, who is also the owner for our delicious breakfasts and dinners! Breakfast was wonderful. It’s not a buffet. You can order one of a four types of breakfast. Location is great. Hotel is close to stores, bunch of restaurants, Hotsprings, waterfalls, etc. all the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel . Thank you all for making our stay amazing!

We loved everything !

We had a great time at Arte Natura. The location is super central, close to restaurants and local markets. The place has excellent facilities, including a shared kitchen and laundry area. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast included fresh fruit, which was a great touch to start the day. We felt very welcomed — the staff was amazing. We stayed in the family room (3 adults and 2 teenagers) and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arte Natura, and I can't thank the team enough for the wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and professional. The food was fantastic, the rooms are clean and the free laundry room was a real bonus for us. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I highly recommend Arte Natura to anyone looking for a great getaway, as it offers excellent value for money. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

The room that we had was super big, nice art and very clean. And it also had an AC which was super nice. For breakfast they have few options which you can choose. The kitchen is 10/10 for cooking, right by the pool, with amazing view of the Arenal Volcano that you can admire while sipping coffee! You can also wash loundry there for free which was very nice! The staff is super helpful and kind! We enjoyed our stay a lot! 🙏🏽

Sometimes the pool was not so clean, there was bugs and flies in the pool. It would have been nice to have the pool skimmer net by the pool so we could have used it before swimming. :) But other than that the pool is very nice!

Starting with the staff and owner - every person went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! The owner - Lucca - made my family feel right at home with every interaction. We have lived and traveled all over the world so we have experienced the entire array of accommodations. This boutique hotel had a great location with the best local attractions all under a 30-minute drive. The Italian restaurant had great food, a great atmosphere, and the included breakfast was delicious! We had some of the most delicious fruit in the world each morning with our breakfast and having 3 kids ages 8 and under, Lucca made some amazing crepes for them. My wife and I couldn’t get enough of their typical local breakfast and I had some perfect scrambled eggs as well. The open-air kitchen has everything you could need to make your own meals and keep your drinks cold. The free washer and dryer were a great addition for our traveling family. I literally can’t say enough about this amazing find in such a beautiful country!

Nothing we really didn’t like about the property. There were a few quirky things that were all just part of the experience of staying in a boutique hotel in the middle of an eco-friendly, tropical country. As with all travel, just be flexible to the needs of the local ecosystem and enjoy your time in this amazing location!

Great stay, gated parking, great breakfast included, all staff was very nice and super helpful, and even had a pool and laundry machines included. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant! They upgraded our room free of charge since we were staying more than one night! The location is in the heart of downtown La Fortuna, and also a close drive to the hot springs.

The location is great - close to everything. The staff is really nice. The breakfast was amazing, various choices, pancakes for the kids, traditional breakfast for us, the garden is pretty. You can use the common kitchen and and the washing machine, which can be useful. Overall experience very good.

The swimming pool is freezing. If you open the curtains at your room, everyone can see in. If you open the windows, you can hear everything plus no mosquito nets (was an issue for us as our kid is allergic). I would say that the hotel is not very suitable for kids (the adults would appreciate the stay much more), even though everyone was really nice towards our kids.
