This hotel is a gem!! It went far beyond our expectations. The place is clean, the common areas are well appointed, the pool never had even one leaf in it, and the staff are some of the best with whom we have interacted. We have told all of family and friends about this place. The breakfast is amazing, all the options are tasty and filling. The restaurants makes the best pizza and pasta we had ever eaten. It beats Europe by a long shot. This will be our go-to hotel for all future trips to the amazing town of La Fortuna. Pura vida!

The staff! Amazing people, Kristhal did so much for us, went out of her way with questions, helping with reservations for attractions, other restaurants. The breakfast was very good, and fresh. The hotel restaurant, authentic Italian was very good as well. Location was perfect, close to many attractions. the price was great as well. A hidden gem if you are looking for a nice location, good people, food. Its not ritzy but that is not what I was looking for on a vacation to basically the jungle.

Check in was easy! I traveled with kids, it's a family friendly place. Kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very clean in addition to the beautiful artwork everywhere. There was always something new to see everywhere you look. Kids enjoyed the lounging areas with books that were in English and Spanish as well. The restaurant is very conveniently located next to the property and food was delicious with a nice variety also kid friendly. Would definitely return.

Great location on the main road going towards La Fortuna and hot springs. Lots of options for sodas and restaurants. We also enjoyed eating at the Italian restaurant at the hotel that makes tasty wood-fired oven pizzas, which are a little pricey but hotel guests get a little discount. There is a shared kitchen which is well equipped and very useful when we didn't fancy eating out. Having the laundry/dryer room available was such a godsend especially if you're doing lots of water activities (white water rafting, El Salto rope swing, tubing, hot springs, etc) on your trip . We didn't use the pool as there were also lots of activities to do in La Fortuna/Arenal. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms in the hotel face a courtyard and are setback from the main road, so it's quiet to get a good night's sleep.

The parking space is a little small, but we had no problems getting in and out of the car park.

The hotel is cozy and very clean. There is a shared kitchen where guests can even cook if they wish or simply make tea, coffee or use microwave or refrigerator. There is the laundry room available for guests. There is a little swimming pool and nice rest area. There is Italian restaurant on the property of the hotel snd they make the most delicious pasta and pizza! Special thanks to señor Luca, who is also the owner for our delicious breakfasts and dinners! Breakfast was wonderful. It’s not a buffet. You can order one of a four types of breakfast. Location is great. Hotel is close to stores, bunch of restaurants, Hotsprings, waterfalls, etc. all the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel . Thank you all for making our stay amazing!

We loved everything !

We had a great time at Arte Natura. The location is super central, close to restaurants and local markets. The place has excellent facilities, including a shared kitchen and laundry area. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast included fresh fruit, which was a great touch to start the day. We felt very welcomed — the staff was amazing. We stayed in the family room (3 adults and 2 teenagers) and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arte Natura, and I can't thank the team enough for the wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and professional. The food was fantastic, the rooms are clean and the free laundry room was a real bonus for us. The room that we had was super big, nice art and very clean. And it also had an AC which was super nice. For breakfast they have few options which you can choose. The kitchen is 10/10 for cooking, right by the pool, with amazing view of the Arenal Volcano that you can admire while sipping coffee! You can also wash loundry there for free which was very nice! The staff is super helpful and kind! We enjoyed our stay a lot! 🙏🏽

Sometimes the pool was not so clean, there was bugs and flies in the pool. It would have been nice to have the pool skimmer net by the pool so we could have used it before swimming. :) But other than that the pool is very nice!

There is a very pleasant girl working at the reception; unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. She is very kind, friendly, and radiates positive energy. We were greeted warmly, with an open heart. The room was clean, everything was great, breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect. I recommend this hotel for at least a two-night stay. I am very satisfied; everything in the room works, including the air conditioning—everything is just fine.
