The location was great. We went ziplining the next day only 10 minutes away. The receptionist was the sweetest and breakfast was delicious. There were shops near by that we walked to and got some cute souvenirs. If you don't pay for breakfast prior to your arrival it is $5 cash. We had to go to the atm in town.

There was a 5 min shower limit per person but honestly it wasn't a huge issue. There is no AC but we just left the windows open because it was cool out in the beginning of August up in the mountains.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Close proximity to the main town that we could walk to have dinner and to attractions in the town. Gardens were well maintained & encouraged birds to visit.

The walls between units were quite thin, we could hear our neighbours talking. A small cupboard on both sides of the bed would be helpful.

Staff were lovely. Very helpful. They booked a tour for me and communicated with shuttle bus driver when I was unsure of pick up time. I had breakfast once. While generous not so good for vegans. The garden and out door seating, with friendly cat was great.

It would have been good to have a kettle in the room.

Super value for the price! Breakfast was included and was outstanding in the beautiful dining room! Nicer than most restaurants, and the food was fresh and hot. The room we stayed in was large and very clean. The location is on the edge of town and is at the bottom of the road to the rain forest attractions, and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant right there called Bistro Bon Appetit that has a great menu.

A small fridge in the room would be welcome by most travelers i'm sure. To get there you need an SUV because you could ruin a small car on that road!

Great views from our room, it was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and the best we’ve ever had while traveling!

We loved the very helpful friendly staff. The rooms and property were very cute and cozy, my son and I enjoyed that the rooms smelled like hardwood. I even saw an agouti in their lovely little garden. Breakfast was also very nice. Room was simple but very comfortable. They even let us have our breakfast early so we could make our morning tour. staff so helpful with booking tours and transportation!

Only complaints were toilet problems, but the staff were quick to come help. Also, there was a timer on the shower that only gives you 5 minutes of water. But for the price, we didn’t really mind.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was very convenient. The staffs were super helpful and provided us with many information on tours.

Delicious breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating for our early departure. Loved the resident cat. Easy location to get to town.

The facilities are a but run down, the breakfast wasn't the best. The room had a very strong smell and you couldnt open the window because there was no net and buga would come in.

Location is absolutely great, walking distance towards the city centre and reachable by car (will be hard to get there without a car). Staff is really nice and approachable and are willing to help with whatever you need. Hygiene and comfort in the room are great and the beds very comfy.

Didn't have a shower curtain on the first day and just half a roll of toilet paper, would have been nice if these small things would have been fixed beforehand. Reaching this location without a car will be a challenge due to the bumpy ride.
