The hotel is beautiful and compact, the staff outgoing and friendly, the food excellent and available on demand from 7 am till 9 or so at night. Our room was enormous and comfortable, bathroom perfect and complete with a huge tub and shower, and a bidet. We booked numerous activities with the help of the concierges and enjoyed walking to local shops and restaurants, especially liked the Indian restaurant Namaste and the "B17 Bomber" tavern/resto just a few blocks from the hotel (actually not a bomber but you get the idea, there's the actual old aircraft there built into the structure, with a fab view of the Bay)

My only complaint is that the bar area played loud music all day long that dominated the soundscape, and must have pleased some clients, but we found it distracting from the otherwise lovely warm ambience of the poolside and commons areas.

The staff was amazing - thank you Dixie, Darling, Franceny, Oscar, Jean Carlos, Reina and the rest of the kitchen and cleaning staff. I stayed there for a week and they made me feel right at home. The breakfast was wonderful and they have a good range of options at their restaurant (plus happy hour!). The pool was super relaxing, and the location was great - very close to many other restaurants, cafes, and beaches. There's also a gym down the block. I love Latin music and appreciated their playlists at the pool too.

The standard queen was a little small and it was on the ground level (below the first floor), so it didn't get much sunlight, but I opted for the cheapest room when I reserved on booking.com, so you get what you pay for. It would be nice if the hotel provided cups in the rooms, and a table for eating, since you're not allowed to bring any outside food/drink to the common areas (I stayed there for a week, so it would've been nice to have these things).

Hotel Noaz was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Jeank at the front desk was helpful giving us information and booking our tours into the National Park! Oscar took extra time each morning when serving breakfast sharing information about Costa Rican food, and Francini in the bar and at dinner was a wonderful server! Everyone at the hotel took such good care of us! The service was of the highest quality! The hotel itself is modern, inviting and very clean! The beds are so comfortable! We really enjoyed the balcony off our room in the early morning and evenings! The neighbourhood monkey’s put on a good show one night! The pool and lounge chairs invite daytime relaxation! Honestly, I’m so happy we booked Hotel Noaz! Perfect location and great hotel!

We needed a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang our robes, and another towel bar in the bathroom for hanging up wet towels after our days at the beach!

The hotel is like an oasis in MA - only two years old and beautifully designed with a gorgeous pool area. Around the pool I saw many butterflies, monkeys, and hummingbirds! Breakfast was great and a cheery welcome everyday from the staff Angelo and Darling. The location is excellent - walking distance to several places to eat and supermarkets. The bus to MA park leaves from the end of the street and is only 380 colones each way. My room was spotless everyday. All of the staff are super nice and helpful - I really enjoyed my stay.

Not a dislike - but it would be perfect if there were tea & coffee facilities in the room. (I was in CR for 3 weeks - so I bought a kettle lol)

This was my second visit to Hotel Naoz. I came back because I knew it would meet my needs and the staff would be friendly and welcoming. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is small and off the main drag. Therefore it is quiet and relaxed. It has a small pool area which didn't get overcrowded. There is an acceptable bar and restaurant. The rooms have comfortable beds. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Best of all, the staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. I had a great week.

Some very minor repairs needed to sink plug and wall hairdryer.

The location was perfect for walking to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The breakfasts were quit delicious and served promptly with a nice selection of items to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds were quite lovely with an abundance of tropical plants.

The doors are a little thin so noises in the hallway were a bit loud. We had a family with a young boy staying next door who made a great deal of noise and tended to slam the door. Not fun, but the disruption only lasted for a short while.

Love the atmosphere and set-up of the hotel. Very nice swimming pool area surrounded with lot’s of green. Very comfortable beds, nice-big rainshower & good breakfast (different options)! Also the staff is very friendly & helpful! Absolutely worth visiting when in Manuel Antonio. There is several bars & restaurant close to the hotel. Be aware the closest beach is a challenging hike down the hill, only accessible with 4*4 car or you can drive further down the street (but that part of the beach is not as beautiful & full of tourists)

The hair dryer & mini fridge did not work - after reporting this, no action was taken. Which is a pitty. But that was really the only thing I can mention.

Very impressive modern Hotel. Is only 2 and half years old. My regular room wasn't that big but has everything we need it. Beautiful pool and garden. Breakfast was good too. 5 minutes drive to the beach. I heard there are buses too. I will definitely use the facility again. P.S. hotel right off the main Rd (by the church) Please visit the firewood pizza restaurant (Pizza and prices are really good)

Everything was great 😃. I had stay in few other economics hotels in Manuel Antonio, but So far this one was the best.

The hotel is quaint and close to Manuel Antonio National Park as well as beaches, shops, restaurants, marina, and bus. It has a lovely pool surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. There’s an open air restaurant/bar and breakfast space. Our food and drinks (they have 2 for 1 happy hour every day) were delicious. The room has plenty of room and the bathroom was a great size. Our beds were so comfortable. Finally, the staff was AMAZING and so friendly. They will help you with anything. We will definitely be back!

Although the hotel and grounds were quiet, the rooms are not soundproof well to outside sounds and voices. If you’re a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs-I read this on a previous review and they worked well. The birds are loud at sunrise and voices and sounds very easily carry through the windows and doors.

This is a great hotel, new and modern. The longer you stay here the more you appreciate it. Great shower, powerful hair dryer and really comfy bed. The room had a fridge and a safe so everything one needs. Lovely swimming pool too. Big shout out to Oscar at breakfast, really professional and very friendly, superb at his job. Juan Carlos helped us book tickets for the park when our attempts over 3 days failed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Breakfasts also superb!
