-The AC is a bit annoying: noisy and not possible to regulate the fan speed. -Breakfast consistency: the first day the food in the breakfast was cold (eggs, pinto, oats) but the second day was perfect and fresh. -Booking confusion: among others during check out I was going to be charged extra 100usd for an extra person in the room (my wife 😅), but then I showed the Booking.com reservation where it says that I had booked for 2 people for that price and eventually was ok. I had also provided her details at checking in before paying upfront.

Tons of restaurants and shops. Conveniently located. Great staff. Great breakfast! Free underground parking with validation. Great room service with great food at a reasonable price. Walmart across the street is super convenient for travel items. I'll definitely book again!

I would have given them a perfect 10. But my booking was for $420. However, they refused to charge me in $USD, only ₡CRC. The colones exchange rate they gave me was not the bank rate which meant I paid $431.8. Seems like a scam. I live here, so not a huge "biggie". But I never received my Factura Electronica either. :-( God is in the details. You guys almost made a "10".

It should have independent parking entrance and exit, the parking is shared with comercial area. I needed a printed copy of my reservation to be delivered to security staff at the gate pass, they kept that printed copy with several personal information of my reservation. This must be optimized in a way that personal information is not shared this way to security companies with no association with the hotel. They should give stamped sticker or codes being shared between the hotel and security company.

I've stayed here now twice. And each time was nice. We had to change rooms this last time because the one we booked had no sofa bed. But the front desk accommodated us and it wasn't a big deal. My only gripe is that I have requested Factura Electronicas both times I have stayed at the Hyatt Pinares and have never received them. :-(

The rooms are wide and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants around and the team is always smily and kind

Functional hotel with free parking and very good breakfast included in the price. Many restaurants and shopping/groceries options around. (Almost) direct access to the main road.

Fitness room not very well equiped and swimming pool not inviting. Apart from the many restaurants and shopping/groceries options, the direct invironment is not particularly pretty and inviting.

the service was really professional, and well informed, always polite and professional, not to talkative but informed it was very good, the least you want is a full long conversation when you return from work they are really nice and polite and professional.

At +/- 75 minutes from the airport, this is an ideal one-night stop off if you're heading towards the east on your arrival to Costa Rica or coming in from the east prior to leaving the country. It's your typical modern, clean upper quality chain hotel as you would find pretty much in the U.S or Canada. The king bed is perfect as are all the other room amenities. Security is good (you need to tap your room key to reach your floor) and there's ample free indoor parking with elevator access to the lobby. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel restaurant is pretty basic and cold although they do serve a good buffet breakfast. Since the hotel is in a shopping complex, there are a number of restaurants below the hotel. Note that there's not much to see in this area of San Jose; use this place a comfortable overnight stop.

everything, it was perfect. the hotel is in a gated community with a couple of restaurants and stores so perfect for the evening! clean, big rooms with great views!

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good and the staff was helpful. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and a Walmart across the street.

The TV wasn't working very well but they fixed it the very next day
