Quiet despite being so close to a main thoroughfare. Great selection of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

It’s not the fault of the hotel that the traffic on the main thoroughfare is absolutely horrendous at all hours of the day. The stay here is great, just be prepared to sit for about 20 minutes in some of the most frustrating traffic you have ever experienced just to get to the highway which is only 2kms away.

Great location, across the street from Core Medical, and tons of restaurants. The hotel bedding was extremely comfortable! The staff was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was good. Our shower water definitely could have been warmer, but I will definitely return!

This hotel is within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants of a good to high quality. I enjoyed a swim in the pool, which is just about long enough to do some laps in. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

The lack of english-speaking channels on the TV.

We stayed at room 235. our room window faces a side alley which has a light on all night. The light is right on our window and the rolling curtain is not black-out, makes the light through the curtain.

The air conditioning was very noisy and also the room door was not sealed so the noise from the corridor could easily be heard. Refrigerator to the room is only per request and not always available.

I've asked about the breakfast time begins because I would have an early flight and they told me week days time only. At the weekends, the breakfast begins 30 minutes later and I could not enjoy it.

The rsv was for 3 people but the room wasn’t conditioned for that, it only had 2 towels and one coffee cup. The breakfast could be better, there was not much flavor to it. No mini fridge

The staff were great. Especially Carlos at the front desk when we checked in. He was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, organized and clean with a wonderful outdoor space.

The pillow was a bit hard.

Check in was quick & straight forward, even though we arrived much earlier than the stated checking time, the hotel accommodated us. Hotel is close to good eating & super market places.

The location was perfect for our activities. It is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. Nothing fancy but we had a good sleep, nice shower and good breakfast.
