Excellent design, beautiful and smart architecture. I particularly liked the hammock at the terrace. Great staff.

Breakfast options could be better, you can either choice of rice+beans (local), fruit plate or pancakes. Another salty option would be great (avo toast or something, from the menu), because if someone doesn't want to eat sweet for breakfast is left with one option only - after a few days, it gets very boring.

We loved the food!!! Top notch vegan, gluten free food! The best we've had - the chefs are amazing! Chef Franco was an amazing yoga teacher!

The front office staff does not speak English, which led to a bit of confusion initially, but we understood, and thank goodness for Google Translate! The yoga program could be more lively - we felt like that room was under utilized and could be more of a focal point.

Very cute and clean. Really nice helpful staff who bend over backwards. They offer you room service each day.

It was a little further from the main shopping and eating center and the beach. They do offer you a ride if needed /it’s good exercise to walk. About 20 minute walk from the beach and town

Relaxing environment with spa sounds and smells in reception and pool area. Staff very attentive with full menu of lovely vegan food and drinks. Unfortunately my wife suffered a medical emergency whilst there, the staff were incredibly helpful and called us an ambulance and were very supportive to me personally, I was really overwhelmed by their kindness to us in this situation. Due to this couldn't use all the facilities as planned so cant comment on all of these. We spent one full day in the room recovering which we could do as room very comfortable and equipped with aircon, tv, netflix and room service!

Road up to hotel is steep and bumpy, to be aware of for those with mobility issues, would need to be dropped at door.

pool and restaurant are beautiful. Typical breakfast, which is included is really good. the room is big and the bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed.

The service. Way too long to wait at breakfast for a coffee and for the 3 included dishes they have every morning. The shower takes too long to get hot water, which is not at the level of the room. The location is also not the best, the street to get there is terrible.

Smells nice, peaceful, relaxed ambience, very clean, friendly staff. Room was nice. The food was good even though I'm not a vegan!

The food is way to expensive and the price per night is a bit high considering the fact that it would be worth the price should the hotel be right on the beach or even with an ocean view which obviously isn't the case. Big ants came coming out of behind the toilet seat in the night mostly.

what you see is what you get. No bad surprises. very clean and especially nice staff. Would definitely recommend. The only short fall is the price of the food and drinks. It is very overpriced even for an overpriced place. They should also have a vegan chef review nutrition value. i.e. I do not think B12 yeast is added to the meals. None was offered as an extra. Also « healthy vegan breakfast » should not be fruit only. Again, would highly recommend and they have several cérat tasty and complete meals on the menu. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely tranquility. Beautiful rooms and hotel grounds. Staff was excellent. Organic vegan restaurant had outstanding food served with beautiful presentation.

This hotel is further from town than I was willing to walk.

Best breakfast, the Tico was amazing and I could eat that every single day. We didn't have a bad meal. Drinks were delicious and worth every penny. Staff and owner, all were extremely friendly.

Wasn't aware that the best form of communication was Whatsapp so I didn't download or check it until I was there. Also would recommend triple checking that rides to and from airport are confirmed and what to expect.
