The facilities and apartments were clean and well maintained. Loved the large tables on the personal patios, very nice touch. Walking distance (10-15mins) to anywhere in town including the beach. Nice and quiet location.

The beds were a 3/5 for comfort, a bit hard and not very forgiving, especially after 5 nights we were all a bit stiff. If you’re young or only staying for a few nights it’s probably fine! The shower heads were also blocked up and made the flow less than desirable, but that feels like an easy fix.

Wow wow wow! We booked this hoping it would be as fab as the reviews and it was everything we hoped for and more. Absolutely stunning apartment with everything you could need (except a hairdryer). So clean and had very comfy beds. The pool area was clean and well looked after. Great location, just on the edge of town so walking distance to everything but quiet and out of the way. Staff were so helpful with check in, we were able to park easily which felt secure and the property itself felt very very safe and secure. A little supermarket just down the road had everything we needed and there is a little street food place around the corner that had the most amazing sushi! We were here for my birthday and it made my whole day feel so special - would 100% stay again!

The pool doesn’t have loads of sun but the terrace which is slightly elevated did get it for more of the day. The wooden loungers around the pool look gorgeous but aren’t that comfy as have no cushions. You can’t have glass by the pool which was fine but it would have been good if the apartments had some eco plastic or bamboo tumblers to use to take outside as they only provide glass ones. We couldn’t work out how to turn the outside fan on so some instructions on that would have been helpful too but this are just little niggles

The location was good, still close enough to walk to the stores and the beach. The apartment was clearly newly renovated and lovely and bright. The security was amazing.

The coffee maker didn't work, but we got around that by pouring boiling water directly into the basket. Also the televisions didn't connect to any wifi, nor were there directions on how to connect them to make them work.

I usually hate staying in places with no reception, but we chose this to be near the Wyndham as were there for a wedding. I needn’t have worried, though, as the owners were always available, responsive and helpful. Loved the apartment and pool. It was so quiet inside the apartment and was very ‘fresh’.

The internet connection kept dropping out, but I believe that is an issue for the area. But again, the owners gave us suggestions and even sent a person from the provider to check.

Gorgeous property. The property was exactly as in the pictures. The entire property was so clean and so well maintained. The communication with management and property staff were top notch. They responded anytime day or night. The building was safe with security cameras and secure front gate door with coded entry. The Wifi was better than my Rogers at home in Ontario Canada. Fully functional kitchen made cooking some meals a breeze.

We stayed in the Loft. It was very spacious for a family of 4. The host was very communicative even there was a language barrier at times, they responded very quickly. The location is not right at the beach but it's a short walk to town. If you are there on a Thursday, the Moonlight market is just around the corner. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We only had wifi in the kitchen area, as soon as we entered the rooms, the wifi was not working well. The AC was also leaking if set at a certain temperature but the host did advise of this.

This place is a hidden gem for the price! The host is wonderful and made it easy to access, etc. It's a five minute walk from town. Security on site with locked gate. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you would need to cook. Two bathrooms with shower upstairs bathroom in bedroom, half bath downstairs. Clean and beautiful - newer property. I would definitely stay here again and for longer!

- good per room AC, cute pool, and nice having 3 beds in two rooms, esp for families with multiple kids - friendly host who helped arrange parcel pickup, and early check in - spacious, with friendly cleaning staff who let me clean our rental car with their vacuum, and beautiful modern appearance

- kitchen amenities looked good but weren’t practical (incomplete blender, dull knife etc) - some AC and TV remotes lacked batteries or were broken

The facilities are beautiful, the apartments are fully equipped, the pool is nice, the staff is super gentle, and the location is walking distance to Tamarindo and the beach.

There could be a bigger mirror, there is parking outside of the building, seems to be a safe neighborhood but is not indoors.

Very clean, everything worked as it should, comfortable, well kept property
