We had the apartment with the pool view, it was clean and the air-conditioner worked to bring the temperature down. This apartment was great because not only it was easy to access the pool, but our outside eating area was under a pretty garden vine canopy and cool. The bus outside the property took you easily and straight to the Old town in Dubrovnik (30mins) for 2Euro/person each way. There's a good restaurant a short 4/5mins walk away ( Megi) that serves breakfast as well as evening food with a good choice to suit everyone (Pizza, pasta, meat & fish, closed Mondays) and also there's bar by the water (Vapor) that is really pretty ( but only accepts cash.) There is also a local supermarket next to the restaurant. The hosts are helpful if you need to ask anything.

The pool whilst pretty is small (we estimated it to be about 3.5x5.5m and 1.5m deep) the hosts don't allow flippers and disapprove of ball games etc in the pool and you are only allowed to swim 9am-7pm. The hosts also charged us 5euros /per week per person for "beach/pool" towels which was not mentioned on the booking information.

The villa is really beautiful with an amazing view to the see and mountains, there are a lot of beautiful trees and the personal is really kind!! You can take the bus to old town just outside the villa so you don't have to drive

The water in the pool was a bit cold, nothing bad but can be better a bit more warm

Not easy to leave the parking if you want to go with car (need person who will navigate if there are no cars), unfortunately internet is not working, be aware of the timing of swimming pool use (9-19)

Location, just outside the city. However, there is a bus that went into the old town every 20 mims just outside the property. The hosts couldn't have done more. The apartment had everything you needed. Perfect location for a city visit.

The Aircon was broken

This property is located just outside dubrovnik town, it is a short bus away (there is a bus stop outside). It is in a lovely quiet area that has a shop and restaurant. The owners are very helpful and kind. Rooms have everything you need and balcony has a perfect view. Also loved the pool area.

Nothing like it looks and describes online! The photos were too manipulated and not a true reflection of the property. *1 shower not working due to one faulty screen and one faulty door. Owner told us on arrival and never came to fix it. *same shower was dripping constantly *no plugs for both bathroom sinks * terrible and limited WiFi range, could only use it in 2 areas (back bedroom and kitchen) Not able to use in other bedroom/lounge/balcony and by the pool. * no WiFi at all in the apartment for 2 out of 7 days *Air con only in 2 rooms: kitchen and back bedroom. Needed in the 2 front rooms that had the sun on them all day! *door on freezer compartment broken *parasol on balcony broken, owner came to fix it but it was unsafe and had to be taken down. No offer to replace it *creaky floorboards *no clean bedding for 7 days! *Sun loungers were very uncomfortable and wanted to charge €5 pp, per sun lounger cushion per day *busy main road, all day all you can hear are cars (every 30 seconds on average) *Thursday, 29/09/24: no water so had to go out all day and when we returned to the property the water was brown and undrinkable. Owner did give us a bottle of water so we could wash and brush our teeth.
