Tatjana was so nice and helpful, could not have been a better host. There was free private parking right outside and a bus stop a couple hundred yards away which went right to the old town and back again. The pool was lovely, room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely walk along the river to a great restaurant called Vimbula on the to riverside. The water was amazingly clear with a shoal of fish under every boat and we could watch the sunset over the mountains at 7.30pm. So glad we didn't stay in Dubrovnik proper with all the traffic and parking issues.

The pool was lovely. Balcony was good. Good parking with easy access for busses to Dubrovnik old town. Note that the air conditioning unit is in the living space only, but adequate to cool the whole apartment with internal doors open. The local river is very pretty and worth visiting as are local restaurants. Tatjana was a great host with lots of helpful tips to make the most of our time in Dubrovnik.

Communication ahead of arrival was quite complicated but on arrival everything was easy.

Although at first sight from the road it doesn't look much, its a really nice apartment in a pretty area. The location is just 20 mins bus ride to the Old town, and only €2 (cash) for the journey (buses really frequent, with bus stop practically in front of the apartment). Nice pool to cool down after hot day. Tatayana the host was v.friendly and gave us plenty of tips, and there are some nice restaurants walking distance nearby - and the walk is pleasant along the waterside.

Not really in the control of the hosts, but we had a group of young girls staying in the apartment next to us who unfortunately were unable to observe the House rules and were noisy (coming home at 5am making a racket, loud music, watching TV on their phones at the poolside etc).

Great host, perfect appartement to get anywhere with the bus to old town! Nearby you have a great restaurant! And you can walk near the water. Everything was clean and the pool sauna all was good! I know where my next stay will be if I visit Dubrovnik again! Thank you Tatjana!

Nothing - we loved it!

It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was excellent—quiet, comfortable, and the balcony was very large and nice. The host was very kind and gave us detailed information about the city. She was always available for help or a call.

Extremely beutiful, nice pool, rooms were clean, big, with new furniture, owner was more than great, helped us with bus to the city center,which saved us money (parking in old town is 10e/hr/). I could not choose anything better than this apartment. Definitely 10/10.

A lovely, relaxing place to stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The pool area is great with adequate sun beds and shade. A beautiful back drop. The host Tatjana was extremely helpful.

Good property with a very friendly and welcoming host. Our stay was quite comfortable and the host Tatjana was super nice with us. She took the time to explain everything about what and how to's in Dubrovnik.

The place is wonderful! It has a great pool, it is very clean, quiet and comfy. The host is very friendly and ready to help you. The bus station to Dubrovnik is very close. The ticket costs 2€ one way. You don’t have to worry about the parking! I recommend it!!!
