I must say that everything from the first contact with the owner Mr. Kristijan till our last minute on the property was extra nice and good.. Hospitality, food, accomodation.. everything is on the highest level possible. Food is cooked just for you, bread is made by their own old recipies.. freshly squeezed juice.. Hospitality is sky high.. everybody there looked like a nice little family, always at your service to make your stay extra good.. and they did it.. I felt so good and relaxed there. To people who will read this review.. please go to Casa Alice.. see what extra good hospitality has to look like... Highly recomended to everyone who wants peace and superb accomodation in Rovinj... Thank You Mr. Kristijan and Mrs Petra for making mine and Martinas' stay in Rovinj so beautifull.. We surly will return to spend more days there. No sich thing...

The surrounding area is extremely peaceful. It is about 10-minute easy walk from the town centre. The hosts are very friendly and always available. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The accommodation is clean. The breakfast is excellent - the natural orange juice and the bread are particularly tasty. The accommodation has a swimming pool, which adds a special charm to the accommodation, but it can only be used on warmer days as it is not heated. Taken as a whole, I highly recommend the accomodation.

The furniture in the “premier” room is a little modest.

Everything. Great location - short (15 min) walk to beach or into Rovinj Beautiful calm, surroundings, birds singing and Shade from trees. Plenty of space around pool not to feel crowded. The food was exceptional and breakfast, the best we've had anywhere. Peaceful, comfortable large and airy room (we had deluxe with spa bath) Christian and his staff make the place feel more like a homestay than a hotel. The photos don't do it justice.

This is a small guest house located about 20 minutes from the old town. Downhill getting into town and slight uphill returning. The entire staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be sure that your stay is wonderful. There are about 8 rooms and many have balconies. There are tables and chairs outdoor overlooking the pool for breakfast, dinner or drinks. And, a small indoor area as well. They had bicycles available if you want to ride into town or around the area. PROS: The staff is amazing. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful. I enjoyed it every day we were there. It had ovely lounge chairs with towels. There is a lovely breakfast with incredible fresh squeezed OJ. Drinks and small snacks throughout the day. The pastries are homemade and are incredible. The rooms were a bit sparce and we had to ask for a luggage rack so my husband didn’t have to keep his on the floor. The staff is amazing!!

I have a pet peeve about lack of towel hooks or shelves and counter space in bathrooms. Both issues in the bathroom. We changed rooms while were were there and the second room had a small glass table under the sink which we were able to use for our toiletries etc. There is a wall mounted towel heater so I used that to hang my towels and my husband used the shower wall. The shower was a zero entry with no door so we had lots of water on the floor. The bathroom also had a narrow sink. Both of the rooms we had had a bathtub in them. Not an advantage for us. We would have preferred a sitting area.

Christian was a wonderful host and Casa Alice was SO good, we booked an extra night! Brilliant ladies supported him, good English, excellent breakfast (Christian was the baker), sun loungers around pool, huge bedroom - we were so happy there. 20 mins downhill into town, plenty of quayside restaurants. Christian has his own olive trees in many acres and sells the oil - lovely taste so bought 2 bottles! Thanks Christian for a wonderful stay

Walk uphill from town!!!

Kristijan is an excellent host, very friendly, kind and smiling. At our arrival he welcomed us with a glass of good local wine and coffee and made everything to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, with comfortable bed and bedding, the temperature was just right. The highlight of everything was breakfast - fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, different cheeses, ham, eggs, cereals, fresh bread and poppy potica... excellent start of the day. It's a kind of a place that you wish to return as soon as possible.

Casa Alice is located very well, on walk distance from old town,but still it's peaceful and calm,nice for sleeping and to have a good rest away from crowd. We had comfort studio with terrace and amazing sea view😍 cleaning service on daily basis, apartment is well equipped even for longer stay. Bed is comfortable 😴 And now about staff 🤗 starting from the owner and all members of the team in casa Alice are soooo kind ,helpful and very friendly 🥰 they made us feeling very nice and special, THANK YOU GUYS🙏❤️ and not to forget to mention that food is delicious, fresh, various and especially nice touch is that every guest after breakfast gets home made cakes 😊 See you soon !! Exceeds expectations in every possible way. From the moment you enter the backyard you are welcomed with drinks and homemade cherry cake by friendly and positive hosts. Location is perfect, just a touch outside of town and busy areas of Rovinj, very peaceful. They offer free bikes if you don't feel like walking. The breakfast was delicious, served by the pool. They make their own bread, and olive oil which is excellent. Rooms are big, we had a terrace with sea view which was amazing. It's a definition of a boutique hotel, that you just don't want to leave.

Wifi was not reaching to the rooms - something one could expect as standard in 2025. Breakfast was ok but not amazing (pretty bad coffee) A few things to improve about the room - to have more ambient lights (the bedside lamps had cold light bulbs), also shower was not designed well (the bathroom was flooding every time)

A lovely setup with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The air conditioning throughout the property was excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The outdoor setting was peaceful and relaxing. What truly made the experience outstanding was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Amazing breakfast
