It is a beautiful resort with plenty to enjoy for everyone. Food, drinks, water sports, snorkeling etc. Especially the entertainment areas (restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, sports facilities etc.) are well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff is friendly and hard-working. I personally felt that it was very good value for money.

The houses / flats are in need of maintenance on the outside, but on the inside they were much better. Dedicated cycle lanes will also be great, because you often have to step off the walkway for cyclists or people on electric steps.

very nice and big complex . stayed for 1 night only came around 8pm and needed to check out at 10 am , so couldn't try pool area . lunch and breakfast was nice , lots to choose from. program for all day in the pool , bar , kids club , live music in the evening

room had bugs and frog in them 😁 . o think for people who comes late in the evening , they should let next morning to use pool after checking out . because you pay full price and can use it it's closing at 8pm and only reopening at 10am and by 10am you have to be checked out . 🤦🏻‍♀️

The rooms and surrounding areas are rustic but very clean and tidy. The rooms could do with an update but are kept immaculately. The facilities themselves and really good, especially the pool area. Food was also exceptional and varied. The restaurant was beautifully located with views across the sea. If you can, go on the dolphin boat tour. Fantastic value for money. They guarantee you will see the dolphins and it didn’t disappoint.

The location is a bit isolated. It would have been nice to be able to walk to a town, bars or shops but Rovinj is a little too far for that. There are very limited seats for the evening entertainment, which get snapped up early during the mini disco. People were sitting on the floor but we didn’t want to do that. So this meant when my family were finished eating, we had to call it a night and go to back to the rooms early because there were no seats and no town to walk to. There’s plenty of room for more seats so it would be an idea to add more.

The pool was fantastic, my kids were attached to it and didn’t want to take a break. The sea was in front of the resort with super easy access to it. it was a rocky beach, which requires rubber shoes to walk on it, but the water was crystal clear. Taking a bath was so relaxing even under the sun. The fact that there was also a path along the seaside, which was perfect for a sunset walk, was very helpful to pass some time after dinner. In the room there was a small kitchen area, where we could prepare simple meals. The staff were very available to our needs.

We stayed at the apartment with living room and bathroom on ground floor and two rooms upstairs. It was spacious and perfect layout for us (family with 2 kids). However the bathroom was not very clean. I found hairs stuck on the shower sprinkler and the water didn’t drain fast. 😔 The shower curtain was a bit short, unable to have a proper prevention, so after shower the floor was wet. There was basic cleaning tools left in the room but were quite used. So we couldn’t use them to clean properly.

We come every year for almost 20 years, book 3 to four appartments in last years for the whole family. We love the place, beach, park pool.

I think that sofas should not be considered standard beds. In studios for 3 people, the third person does not have comfort sleep. In appartments for 4 people even 2 person sleep on sofa. This is not fair. I had personal experience and the sofa is small for 2 people, low, hard, divided in the middle. I would also appreciate, that if the resort promises exact appartments they find the way how to make it happen. We were several times ensured, that we can have our favorite app, but at the reception, they treated us, as they did not know anything.

This resort was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible level of cleanliness and maintenance. The lawns and sidewalks were well-kept, and the beach was spotless, with no litter in sight. The apartment itself was well-maintained and regularly cleaned, and the functioning air conditioning added to the comfort of the stay. The presence of a coffee machine and an electric stove made it convenient to prepare meals in the apartment. The resort's amenities were perfect for families, with a pool that included entertaining activities and slides for the children. The beach, although pebbly, provided a nice escape from the heat thanks to the abundance of trees offering shade. It was also conveniently close to the apartment, just around 200 meters away. The dining experience at the resort was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious treats available. Despite the large number of guests, the food was plentiful, and the staff managed the queues efficiently. The service provided by the staff was both friendly and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, this resort is a superb destination for a vacation, offering exceptional cleanliness, great amenities, and delectable dining options. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic and enjoyable getaway.

Quiet place with quaint houses. You can make fantastic films here. Houses with their own courtyard are especially convenient. Our room was a little damp, I think it was because we were already in the fall. Beautiful sea, but you need corrals. The entrance is rocky. There is a pier. Swimming pool with water park. Beach for dogs. Beach for nudists. Large territory. Good breakfast (buffet). There were fruits. Tasty. You can take a walk along the coastline. Special thanks to the staff. Polite and correct, always trying to help.

Terrible internet. In our room, I couldn’t even find the network. It worked for friends, but very poorly. It was only possible to work near the pool, restaurant and reception. My mobile Internet also worked very poorly. So if you want to relax and work, this may be problematic

The location is perfect, beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were always very good, with a huge variety of food. Even as a vegetarian I always had plenty of options to choose from and they were delicious. Loads of healthy foods were available in the buffet, we really appreciated it as we are a helath conscious couple. It is worth mentioning that one can walk long distances on the beach and even have their dogs with them. Overall a really good experience!

Dinner could start a bit earlier (at 6, instead of 7), it's not a huge issue, bit for those who like to go to bed early, starting dinner at 7 is a bit late.

Great balance of resort size (number of guests) and facilities, enough to do with extras such as banana, slide boat, and included facilities such as the pool and tennis (regular and table). Nice feel of relaxation and great guests

Rooms are old, and are not at the same level of the facility. Food is mediocre and expensive at the main restaurant, while the prices at the bars/caffes are OK.

The resort is so cosy, woth cute little apartments all over the beach. The restaurant and all the food was fantastic with so many different kinds of food. The staff was very kind and the apartments were clean. The best thing is that everything is so close - the beach, restaurant, market… the old town is 7mins with car - worth the visit! And we loved the free deckchairs on the beach.

It was a bit small, but anyways was great.
