There was a miscommunication upon arrival and no one was there to greet me and it was a holiday at the end of the season. However, once I called the hotel, they began to rectify the situation. They brought me to their sister property and upgraded my room due to the error. They gave me the flexibility of a late checkout and helped me take my bags to the bus stand the next day. A sign of a great hotel and management is fixing mistakes and going above and beyond and they certainly did this. Would highly recommend!

Near to the port so I could ger back to Dubrovnik easily. Near the town .Room was better than expected. Bars and Cafés nearby and small beach at end of street.

First impressions of old house and garden, but the rooms were modern and comfortable flights of stairs, but you are told this in the description before you book. Overall no complaints at all.

Excellent position. Quiet rooms 20 min walk to airport shuttle bus, and main harbour port out to the islands. Good recommendations for eating.... Lolas. Lovely air conditioning. Good communication with owner , who was on hand to meet us. Maps available of split . After checking out we were able to leave luggage safely until ferry in the afternoon. Good security.

No lift up to rooms which was a bit of a struggle with luggage. Coffee sachets in room would be better without milk powder and sugar already added.no liquid soap in shower dispenser. Having a bad day with Internet. Not available during our stay.

We had 3 of the 4 rooms. Each room was quite spacious and well appointed -- very comfortable! Location was perfect -- near public parking and easy walking distance to old town Split. Nice cooked to order breakfast at local restaurant came with rooms.

The place was close to everything, the harbour, the city, both 5-8 min walk, supermarket around the corner, 2 min walk. Mainly quiet. Nice luxurious style, comfy bed, good working AC and wifi, equipped with little fridge and water kettle. Staff was friendly, fast and helpful.

Everything was fine, just I would have wished for some kind of coffee or tea.

Very comfortable, clean, and stylish design. Great location close to the airport and nearby beaches, restaurants. Ana my host was incredibly helpful and nice to communicate with regarding any advice I needed during the stay.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot, the room spacious. The location is good. Close to the ferries and bus station but far enough away as to not be crowded. Quiet. Close to the old town, cafes, shops and the beach. Everything is within walking distance.

The lady who checked us in gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby that was really good, LOLA. Communiucation for the check in was extremely uncomplicateded, very friendly service. Fantastic room and bathroom! We were extremely glad that the room was not located right in the touristic area, but all the same only a short walking distance away from it.

Personal preference the bed was slightly hard for me but was beautiful space and super clean & tidy

lovely property, only issue was payment which we weren’t aware until 10 mins before the flight departed that we could only pay with cash or bank transfer. Due to our travel money card could only withdraw a smaller amount than the total required each day, to pay the full amount on the 3rd / 4th day. the staff were very accommodating to this, but I feel the use of a cheap sumup or izettle card reader could easily remedy this issue. otherwise a brilliant stay
