The hotel is a 5 star resort with a huge waterpark and many pools including an infinity pool, it has it's own beach the sea is extra clear; we had a half board stay and the food was amazing, very tasty. the resort is huge we had the bungalows they were spacious and very homey. if u stay in the resort you should know that it is huge it resembles a little village. so going from one place to another takes a lot of walking but there are carts that help you move around if needed.

the matrass in the rooms was very hard and not a great sleeping experience. the drinks excluding water are not free during dinner, I asked for an iron to be sent to the room and was told they don't have an iron but they have ironing service that is too expensive- in a 5 star resort I expect an iron to be at each room.

Breakfast was ok but every day was the same dishes. Some dishes for breakfast could be changed

The fact that the hotel was half board. We spent a lot of money on lunch because breakfast finished at 10am and their is a long wait till dinner which is at 7pm. The kids get very hungry before dinner time and a lot of extra money is spent on buying food around the hotel. Also drinks are not included, so once again a lot of money spent on drinks though out the day in a very hot country. If this hotel became full board it would be prefect. Also very limited entrainment for kids and adults, not much to do in the evenings around the hotel.

Humanity has a very deep meaning — before doing anything, you must first be human. To feel for every guest and the problems they may face is essential. I am Fares, a guest at the hotel, and I extended my stay due to the war in my country. Luckily, I met an angel in the form of a human — her name is Esraa, along with her wonderful team (with all names respectfully preserved). If I were to talk about all the support they provided me, I wouldn’t be able to praise and thank them enough. To the point that, even though my flight was in the very late hours of the night — at 2:00 a.m. — she prepared food and water for me and my family, which includes small children, without me even asking. Esraa, thank you for being there. The hotel is truly lucky to have such a wonderful person.

It is my 3rd time I came to Acapulco, and as always the hotel meet the expectations. Breakfast with so many choices to choose from but also dinner as per our expectation with many variety of food to choose from. On our first night we had an issue with the room AC and with many THANKS to Ms Esra from Guest Relation department, who the next morning took charge of the issue and arranged our room to be changed which made the rest of our holiday great! Thank you and will definitely return in the future.

Food was amazing! Beaches and the pools and the spa were all great. Rooms were all clean and everything worked fine. Few details wear and tear in few places but none of it really affected our experience. Overall we were very happy!

Upper level staff were amazing and so helpful but waiters and waitresses overall did not speak enough English. This was especially awkward when we wanted to order cocktails and drinks in general. They did not know what rum and coke was,, old fashioned was not an option, they were confused with the request of gin and tonic.... Please train the staff a bit better!

the new loft bungalows close to the sea are splendid, lots of space (50-60m2 - dependent which one you rent. (the rooms over in the main hotel are old, with dirty smelly carpets and fungus in the corners - never take those rooms - completely overpriced for what these rooms are). Hotel facilities are well equipped but already age is visible. The large beautiful sand beach makes the deal here! this is why one goes to this hotel! halfboard provides extensive buffets of medium food quality.

a bit aged (except the new loft bungalows we were in) - the rest would need severe renovation

Excellent resort for kids- so much entertainment for the kids and things to do plus the staff are patient and wonderful with the kids. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great value and excellent food. It has a lot of local fare but that what you expect as it was mostly Turkish and Arab guests. The food at the restaurant by the pool was amazing value and variety- our kids loved the margarita pizzas and there were healthy choices of amazing salads etc.

The only downside is trying to get a taxi- very limited supply and a bit on the pricey side.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The bungalow looked exactly as shown in the photos—very clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was both plentiful and delicious. Watching the sunset from the restaurant terrace was truly amazing. The beach was spotless, and the infinity pool fully met my expectations. The spacious lounge area was extremely comfortable, providing a perfect spot to relax. I also made good use of the gym, swimming pool, and sauna—all of which were excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, with special thanks to Esra for her outstanding assistance during check-in and check-out. I will definitely return!

Facilities were excellent and free milk was amazing as we have 2 little milk guzzlers (not perfect though), great breakfast and dinner buffet, a thoroughly refreshing holiday

About the free milk, sometimes it felt like the staff were annoyed. During the day I’d request a glass as only 1 drinks then and in the night we requested a bottle as they both drink and the number of times they’d bring it wrong even when I asked the room service staff to repeat back to me. We often had to detour to the lobby bar to collect the milk in person before bed. It’s great they offer free milk but communication needs to be better and it’d be near perfect!

Complete and varied breakfast. The place is ideal for children, with water slides and a games room for them; very familiar. The beach is incredible and the sea is beautiful.

Strangely, despite having posted the sign to clean my room repeatedly during the course of the days, they never cleaned my room.
