I'll be straight forward about it without slandering this place like some do here - This place offers basically everything a lone tourist would like, that be max comfort on your own terms. I understand some people may have experienced what I'd call a culture shock. Don't forget, people are different and each countries has it's own manners. That said, I felt comfortable enough to make myself feel at home as I was in my own barrio. Props to Holidayzer for making things easy.

a bit distant from the center and beach and the roads were down bad (But I guess that's more of a Larnaca thing). Some stuff need repairing.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Archaeological Museum in a quiet area. Room as described, common areas: bathroom, kitchen - also. Large kitchen with windows and a balcony, equipped with basic utensils and utensils. There is a coffee maker, kettles, toaster, microwave and even a washing machine. Everything works. Good location, close to the center and the beach and to bus stops, shops, restaurants and a bazaar with fresh fruit and vegetables in the area. 20 minutes walk to Lidl. Every day at 9.00 the bathrooms, the kitchen are cleaned. Electrical sockets are for English plugs, but you can easily buy adapters for European plugs nearby in the shop. Helpful owner of the apartment.

The air conditioning is a bit too loud.

Good instructions about check-in/-out, air-conditioning, wifi, big equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

A bit further from the city center and beach, no staff, only few plates in the kitchen (it won't be enough for more people at once).

Nice budget stay, room was clean and had everything we needed.

Sometimes there is a lack of warm water and there is some smell in toilet.

The comfort

Cleanliness is not the best, found too much dust on the top bed. Difficult to locate the property 😕. The price.

Easy check-in/check-out, nice and clean room, the view was quite fascinating as balcony was facing ancient Kition. Shared kitchen was ok. Not bad location (10 min walk to the city center).

Very bad soundproof from other rooms.
