Nice location but would prefer lower lever maybe 3rd floor??? Very clean and most of the staff very helpful and friendly only one male staff from the bar… was really rude but this wouldn’t affect our opinion about the hotel and environment… Chris was lovely and very friendly and supportive xx

The male staff from the bar was really rude and his body language was bad (I think it is better not to go into details as I loved the hotel) and then the young white boy from the bar came to us to apologise on his behalf… we really appreciated the young boy’s action…

Location as shown on pictures - opposite beach, and marina, and at a relatively quiet square; Just opposite also to a key bus station (e.g. to the airport or other). Public busses are very on time, clean and well-connected, so it is easy to reach the hotel by public means of transportation. But I have seen public parking houses nearby. In the same street and next, there are many restaurants - best to go for a meal away from the beach locations - and a couple of nice shops. Breakfast offers a good selection, standard but with some different dishes every day. Fresh orange juice, lovely! The hotel staff was very friendly. The balcony had a nice size and vista. The room was as shown on the pictures. Large bed with a very good mattress! Large pool offered by the hotel, with acceptable bar options for a drink! (Too cold for a swim beginning March).

The pool is really large, it is only a pitty it does not face the sea for a nicer view. But it was a good heaven in the afternoon to get some sun. A little annoying were the Russian (or Ukrainian?) speaking guests who were very noisy, or the rooms are not that well sound-profen...

We had a wonderful stay at Sunhall hotel. However, we had a bit of a stressful moment when we lost our phone at the mall nearby. But thanks to the exceptional service of Marios and Stefanos at the front desk, our worries were quickly alleviated. They were super helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They even took the initiative to call the mall to try and locate our phone. Their kindness, patience, and dedication to ensuring our stay was comfortable despite the mishap were truly impressive. We highly recommend this hotel not just for its amenities but also for its fantastic staff. Thank you, Marios and Stefanos, for your kindness and assistance!

The location of this hotel could not be better. Right on finikoudes beach and close to all the restaurants. The breakfast was good, a little bit of everything to appeal to all tastes. The staff were generally speaking friendly and helpful. The aircon was amazing in the triple room, which was a life saver in the August heat. The pool is nice enough and ordering food/drinks to the pool was easy and we thought very reasonably priced (€6 for a cocktail with no service charge to bring it to the pool). The triple room was very large and comfortable, it's also nice that they welcome you with some wine and fruit. The view from the executive suite is spectacular and the addition of fresh flowers and chocolates was a nice added touch to make it special. Everything seemed clean and neat! We would book to stay here again if in the area.

The bathroom in the executive suite was like a sauna, very very hot and the aircon in the executive suite was much less effective than in the triple room. Would also be helpful to have more than one hook in the bathroom. But these are very minor gripes, overall it was a fabulous place to spend a week!

Big bonus is that the hotel is only 10/15 minutes taxi drive from Larnaca Airport costing approx. 20 euros. Hotel is more or less centrally located in Larnaca town on sea front with stunning view overlooking Larnaca Bay. A grand selection of cooked or cold breakfast food available including cereals and various types of bread/rolls. Air conditioning in room was faultless and efficient. Showering facility was also very efficient. Toiletries refilled when required. All staff extremely helpful and very friendly.

Breakfast was great. My 2 adult children ate breakfast with us every morning along with 2 small children. Excellent value. It was great having the entire family for breakfast then we went swimming for a few hours. Location was in the middle of everything. Room was quiet. The bed was a little hard for me but I still slept well. The AC worked great which is very important for Lanarca in July. My wife injured her foot the second day, not the hotels fault, and the hotel loaned us a wheelchair for a few days. The only thing I wish is the hotel offered a day spa package so my children and grandchildren could continue to swim for a couple more weeks even though they are staying somewhere else. I easily give this hotel 9 out of 10.

The hotel is in a good location across from the marina. We requested a sea view when booking and had a great view from the 4th floor room overlooking the beach and marina. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was very good in the room. There is little noise from other rooms and the balcony doors do a good job of keeping road noise down when closed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The swimming pool, although small was very nice and served by bar staff if called on the phone at the pool. Breakfast was superb. Something for everyone. Fresh bread along with choices of cereal, cooked English style and cold meats, fruit, cheese, selections of cold and hot drinks. Really very good. Drinks at the bar were relatively cheap with a good selection of cocktails and the local Keo beer (3.50 euros per pint).

We didn’t dislike anything about the hotel.

Excellent location, just a minute's walk from the promenade and the pier with sightseeing boats. Rooms are are clean and convenient. Very good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with anything.

There is only one universal power socket, and it’s located in the least convenient spot. All the other sockets, including those next to the beds, are type G (British). If you want to charge your phone overnight and keep it nearby, you’ll need an adapter — even a two-pin plug (European, US, or any non-British type) won’t fit. Luckily, you can find those adapters in one of the shop in the vicinity (to the hotel: you can expand your business selling them in the lobby :-) )

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to bus stop and taxi stands. Clean, big room with good sitting area. Comfy bed, great shower. Really good breakfast. Great drinks/cocktails in the bar (special thanks to Thannos the bartender!) at very resonable prices. All in all a very nice stay.

The staff at the reception not very friendly. Although the hotel cannot be blamed for this the tivoli/amusement park next door was very noisy with loud music and noisy/screaming visitors. This went on to 11 pm most nights. Very disturbing if you for some reason want to sleep early some night.
