Nice location but would prefer lower lever maybe 3rd floor??? Very clean and most of the staff very helpful and friendly only one male staff from the bar… was really rude but this wouldn’t affect our opinion about the hotel and environment… Chris was lovely and very friendly and supportive xx

The male staff from the bar was really rude and his body language was bad (I think it is better not to go into details as I loved the hotel) and then the young white boy from the bar came to us to apologise on his behalf… we really appreciated the young boy’s action…

Location as shown on pictures - opposite beach, and marina, and at a relatively quiet square; Just opposite also to a key bus station (e.g. to the airport or other). Public busses are very on time, clean and well-connected, so it is easy to reach the hotel by public means of transportation. But I have seen public parking houses nearby. In the same street and next, there are many restaurants - best to go for a meal away from the beach locations - and a couple of nice shops. Breakfast offers a good selection, standard but with some different dishes every day. Fresh orange juice, lovely! The hotel staff was very friendly. The balcony had a nice size and vista. The room was as shown on the pictures. Large bed with a very good mattress! Large pool offered by the hotel, with acceptable bar options for a drink! (Too cold for a swim beginning March).

The pool is really large, it is only a pitty it does not face the sea for a nicer view. But it was a good heaven in the afternoon to get some sun. A little annoying were the Russian (or Ukrainian?) speaking guests who were very noisy, or the rooms are not that well sound-profen...

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to bus stop and taxi stands. Clean, big room with good sitting area. Comfy bed, great shower. Really good breakfast. Great drinks/cocktails in the bar (special thanks to Thannos the bartender!) at very resonable prices. All in all a very nice stay.

The staff at the reception not very friendly. Although the hotel cannot be blamed for this the tivoli/amusement park next door was very noisy with loud music and noisy/screaming visitors. This went on to 11 pm most nights. Very disturbing if you for some reason want to sleep early some night.

Excellent location, just a minute's walk from the promenade and the pier with sightseeing boats. Rooms are are clean and convenient. Very good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with anything.

There is only one universal power socket, and it’s located in the least convenient spot. All the other sockets, including those next to the beds, are type G (British). If you want to charge your phone overnight and keep it nearby, you’ll need an adapter — even a two-pin plug (European, US, or any non-British type) won’t fit. Luckily, you can find those adapters in one of the shop in the vicinity (to the hotel: you can expand your business selling them in the lobby :-) )

They sell the hotel trough you with their own parking but it’s not true. When I complain the manager was surprised that booking it’s selling it as with parking however he was very nice and allow me to park behind the hotel

Enjoyable breakfast with huge variety, which was well marked for allergens. The staff were really friendly. Location is convenient. We had a "sea view room" and enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water. The restaurant in.the hotel provided great service and great food options for dinner & lunch, which was reasonably priced.

We were in a no smoking room, but over the last few days of our stay we could smell some guests had been smoking in the hallway and the smell lingered in the hallway and lingered into our room when the door was opened due to poor air circulation in.the hallways. This is not completely the fault of the motel, but it did impact our comfort. Cleaner forgot to restock our water on a few occasions.

I had a king partial sea-view balcony room. It was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the breakfast room & front bar/cafe staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with variety on offer freshly prepared each morning. The location was excellent with a good swimming beach directly opposite. Lots of activities along the seafront and a multitude of traditional & fast food eateries. Walking to various attractions & shopping areas was quite manageable. A bus stop near by which serviced trips to other cities such as Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and Agia Napa. The only negative comment is the house keeping was slightly erratic, in my opinion, but nothing too concerning.

Rooms: The rooms were absolutely wonderful! They were not only beautifully decorated but also spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature, especially on hot days. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and linens provided each time. The view from the room was breathtaking—the direct sea view was definitely a highlight. We felt truly comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. Location: The hotel’s location was perfect for our stay. Situated right by the sea, it offered not only stunning views but also easy access to the beach. We rented a car, which was very convenient as it allowed us to explore all of Cyprus. Thanks to the central location of the hotel, we could easily reach both the coastline and the inland areas. The surrounding area offered numerous attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, making our stay varied and exciting. Breakfast: The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was incredibly diverse, with everything from fresh fruit and juices to pastries, bread, and hot dishes like eggs and bacon. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. We particularly enjoyed the local specialties offered, which we were eager to try. The buffet was always well-stocked, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It was the perfect way to start each day, and we looked forward to every morning. Staff: The hotel staff truly made our stay exceptional. Maria at the reception was incredibly helpful, assisting us with all our needs, including providing a free parking pass for our car. Thanos, the bartender, was not only friendly but also gave us great tips for exploring the area

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and well air-conditioned, though the air conditioning occasionally turned off by itself.

I have stayed for 6 nights. It was really a very good hotel with great choices of Breakfast buffet. Most of the rooms have sea views including the Breakfast room. Excellent location. You can find lots of Restaurants and Cafes nearby the Sea with few minutes walking and a lot of stores on the opposite side of the hotel. The taxi station is beside the hotel. You can also visit the "Metropolis Shopping Mall". Friendly Staff and very clean hotel.

I liked everything but the only issue that I dislike that one day during my stay at the hotel, the electricity was cut off and it wasn't the hotel's fault because the whole city was facing that issue. But we left for one hour and 20 minutes without electricity, eventhough the weather was bad and it was late in the afternoon. The generator was working only for the elevators but the rooms were dark. I wish the hotel will solve this issue for the guests who are willing to come in the future in Winter time.
