The location is perfect, right next to the beach. Breakfast is a la cart. They provide you with a menu of about 14 options you can choose from, so it's not a buffe, but it was still filling. The room looked very nice, everything was brand new and clean.

I booked this stay quite last minute, so there were not many options left. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. However, for all intents and purposes, it had no windows. I would recommend staying here, but get a better room maybe with a sea view, or just make sure the room you book has a windows.

Although our room didn’t have a window, it didn’t affect the comfort or overall experience. You can request a room with a window in advance, and I was told the hotel is expanding and will offer sea-view rooms soon. The location is excellent – just cross the road and you’re right at the beach, which is beautiful and relaxing. There’s also a great restaurant right below the hotel, which we really enjoyed. The location was A1. It was close to the airport, the beach was literally across the street and it had everything we needed - a wide selection of bars, restaurants and a convenience store - all close at hand. It’s a bit of a strange set up - not a hotel, more like apartments/Airbnb with a restaurant attached. The apartment itself was modern and beautifully appointed with a fridge and coffee making facilities provided. We arrived on a very late flight (2am) and the staff were very accommodating, particularly Georgia and Christos. Their communication with us was excellent throughout too.

The breakfast was truly awful. We were booked in for 6 nights and from Day 4 onwards we didn’t bother going down for it because it wasn’t worth getting up for! There were 15 options, none of which were very appetising. My partner asked for Cornflakes and Toast and was told ‘Just one!’ by the waiter. They would be better doing Room Only or else reducing the number of options available and doing it better. Quality over quantity.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights before Christmas and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the sea, and its proximity to the Church of Saint-Lazarus in order to attend Christmas eve. However, we were pleasantly surprised, the accommodation consists of two units: a large restaurant in the front and the guest rooms further on with an exit to the back. The guest rooms are completely new, with lots of space for luggage, the furniture is very sophisticated and of a very high standard of workmanship, including in the shower and toilet. Breakfast is included in the price with a variety of dishes to choose from. The highlight is the staff who are happy to help with any issue, especially AHMAD who also greeted us on arrival. Two things are worth completing, a safe and two keys to the room to allow freedom of movement for the couple. There is no doubt that if we come to Larnaka again, we will choose this accommodation.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. The breakfast offer was excellent, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. I’m extremely satisfied with my stay!

The only downsides were that from Thursday to Saturday, loud music could be heard until 1:00 AM, which might be a drawback for some guests. Additionally, the ceiling height in the room was fine for us, but for taller people (around 2 meters), it might feel a bit low.

The location was nice and seemed pretty clean. The lady was very sweet when we did end up meeting her they gave us breakfast sandwiches to go when we were waking up to early for tours.

They will hold your luggage but in a restraunt with people coming and going not in a separate room or locker. I had asked about tours and didn't really get a lot of information, so we ended up booking online, which is fine, but I had gotten used to hotels and hosts helping out. We also had 2 cockroaches in our room, which we understand happens, but I wanted to note that it is above the restraunt, which might be why. You also don't get refills on coffee daily. You get it free the first night, and then it's 1 euro a pod. Not the worst but something to be aware of

Loved the location, I stood on the balcony by the stairs at the front of the hotel and the view of deep blue sea was awesome. Flight was delayed arrived, at 2am and the Staff left instructions for me regarding room number, keys and a contact number, Breakfast was lovely, I can't eat eggs so cancelled the omelette off my order but they replaced it with the freshest and tastiest salad I have had in a long time. When I was ready to check-out a taxi was called and they helped load my suitcases.

When I arrived, the taxi driver knew that I should go through the restaurant because I did not know where the entrance was. Then I panicked because there was no sign of a reception desk, then saw that the Staff had left me instructions regarding my room. On Check-out at 11am housekeeping knocked on my door, I had to remind her that check-out was at 12noon.
