Excellent location - bus stop to the airport a few meters from the hotel (line 425). Next to the beach (5 min. walk with a suitcase ;) buses in the direction of Paphos, Nicosia, Limasso, Ayia Napa. Very nice and very helpful service. Comfortable and well-appointed room. fridge, desk, bathroom with toiletries. View of the Church of St. Lazarus🤩 Additionally, a small balcony for customers with two tables overlooking the Church. Coffee tastes great on it. Also available for guests is an internal garden. Very close: many great restaurants, bazaar, souvenir shops, beach. During my stay in Cyprus I stayed in this hotel 2 times. I definitely recommend it. If I return to Larnaca I will definitely stay at this hotel again.🙂

Phenomenal location in the heart of Larnaca, right across the street from the Lazarus church, and 10 minutes from the airport.

I booked a "superior double room with city view." The room did not seem superior, and it definitely did not have any city view. When I brought it to their attention, they shrugged me off and blamed booking.com.

The City Alkisti Hotel was wonderful. It is located just next to the St. Lazarus plaza. There is a small (shared) balcony that overlooks the square. It has a beautiful, well cared for courtyard where you might take in your breakfast or have drinks (neither offered by the hotel). We didn’t have to use it, but I saw the room has AC. The bed was large and comfortable. There is a cupboard for placing your hang-up or folded clothes. For the shower, water pressure was good and hot water plentiful. The room was very clean and the young lady who cleaned and straightened our room during our stay was polite and efficient. There is a parking lot (private) that charges 6€/day (3 a day + 3 for overnight stay) that is about 20m from the door of the hotel.

The room was very clean. Lovely staff at registration - very kind and generous. Ευχαριστώ! There is a small internal patio available and a tiny public balcony on the first floor overlooking St Lazarus church. Great location, right in the centre of the old part of Larnaca and right on the seafront promenade. But if there is live music playing in the square in the evening you will hear it too. Although the room quite isolated from other street sounds.

After opening the window, it turned out that it overlook the curtain which covered this part of the building. It allowed ventilation but not light access.

Excellent budget accommodation. Good location, a few minutes walk to the beach. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bakery etc. Clean room with kettle, hair dryer, safe, fridge, toiletries - everything needed for a comfortable stay. Helpful staff, especially Housekeeping. Self check-in was very straight forward - I have struggled with self check-in elsewhere, but this worked perfectly. Good accommodation at this price point.

Nothing negative to say. There was some noise/music from a nearby restaurant on Saturday night but it didn't stop me sleeping!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clear instructions for self check in. Great location in the Old Town. Room was clean and functional. The staff were friendly. There's a courtyard outside that I didn't use until it came to drying my scuba diving gear.. dried very efficiently. Also - checkout on the final day was 1200 so a bit later than usual which was nice for a sleep in.

I was very happy. Let's be clear - this is not a luxury hotel and the price reflects that. The rooms are above a real estate agent office - they also perform as hotel reception. If out of hours arrival (as I was) clear instructions were left. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs with your luggage... I had lots of luggage as was scuba diving. I managed :)

I chose this hotel because of the balcony view of the square with the Holy Church of St Lazarus. I thought the balcony was in the room so I was making sure I asked for that room and was worried if it would be available, but the balcony is actually in the middle of the floor, so it is available to everyone staying in the hotel, which is GREAT, even better. The balcony was never full and I had plenty of time to take great photos and videos as everyone and I spent only a bit of time and then went to explore the island. The room had very nice decoration and was clean and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady was very sweet and the staff was so helpful and booked a taxi for me as I had to leave at 5 am for the airport.

The location is excellent, right across the street from St. Lazarus Church. The balcony from the posted photos is at the end of a halfway and is part of the common area, don't be fooled into thinking it is the balcony of a specific room. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a thorough job every day.

While the size of the room is ok, the bathroom is pretty small. The bed is also a bit small for 2 people and it had a sagging mattress. Finally, the walls are pretty thin and the window does not really do a good job of cancelling out any street noise so if there's activity outside or on the halfway chances are you will be woken up.

Stunning location, everything is next to the hotel. The room was nice in size, and everything was there. There are terraces and a nice garden for the guests. I got messages from the hotel, and all the answers to my very detailed questions and I am very glad about that.

There's no dedicated safe space for the luggage if you want to leave it before or after booking the room, the doors to the hotel are just open and the luggage is next to them. I wish the fridge in the room was quieter, I was waking up with all that noise :)
