Probably the best hostel kitchen ever! Free drinking water, coffee and tea. All the utensils and oven! On Saturday there is a lovely local market close to St.Lazurus Church. Really good value. Lots of local cafes near too. It's a beautiful building which is quite rare with hostels these days. A charming place. Great lounge/outside area to socialise in. Host not only lets you leave your luggage but is happy to use other facilities too. Privacy curtains, shelf, sockets and free locker under bed. I loved my stay here and the cool people I met. Also the location is perfect. The airport bus is found to the left of airport arrivals door (look for bus sign), costs 2 euros 20. Number 425.. CASH Euros only. Drops you off close by. Beaches are a minute from the property. Also visit the salt lake, (30 minute walk from hostel), there were Greater Flamingoes there yesterday. (Late Nov). So close to you. Beautiful!. Nicosia is an hour away..same bus stop as airport pick up (along beach)

Male shared toilet cubicles are possibly the smallest sized cubicles on earth and so a squeeze.

The hostel may be called "beach hostel", one can get to the beach on bare foot. It is a historical and exceptional place neighboring Larnaca medieval castle, mosque and Lazarus church. The hostel is appropriate for longer stay nearby the sea as well, if you have a luck, because the hostel is still booked ... we have booked the last room in the selected date. The high quality to price ratio is offered in this historical building. The view from the room window was like a city view, however, the view from the hall balcony was like a village view resulting in a pleasant contrast. The garden to spare free time or consume own meal self-prepared in a well equipped historical kitchen is a big advantage. The air-conditioning is functioning in the room. We haven't meet staff, however, the instructions how to get inside the hostel and the room were clear. The room and the hall were cleaned up and equipped by historical furniture and decoration.

There was a bit of water from the showers on the historical wooden floor in the bathroom, it should be protected for the longer durability. Please, inspect power plugin UK/EU adaptors once a time, phone charging was sensitive on adaptor position in the socket.

Easily the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Very attentive staff, easy check in experience, great showers! The building is absolutely beautiful, exposed stone walls and great interior decor make it a great place to relax and chill out. The rooms are large, lockers are provided with no padlock necessary, and I liked the tarot card theme of the rooms, very whimsical. Ideal location in the centre of Larnaca, nestled in beautiful windy back streets, and walking distance to everything, you feel like you’re staying in an ancient city.

Nothing much

Great location, 2 min walk from the promenade in a silent and quiet street. Although I did not spend much time there, the facilities were on point so do the staff. Beds have curtains, light and some sort of shelf to place your stuff in. Towell is provided and also a key for underneath storage. Aircon and fan were very much appretiated. They even offer washing service for around 3 eur. The common-chiling area was cool.

Toilets were a bit cramped; pillow was not big enought

I traveled about 35+ countries. My last hostel experience was a top one from Vienna, and this one in Cyprus is by far my favorite of all times! It's cozy, very historical on a dream location, one inch from a castle and the beach. The staff was amazing! They accommodated me for an early check-in and also helped me to get around with public transportation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH CABS! it's a 13-minute public bus from the airport. About 3€ The hostel has an amazing vibe, super quiet and clean, the most clean I ever seen, compared to Athens hostels (they are disgusting dirty). People leave behind many things to share. You really feel welcome! I paid forward and left my female higiene products and suplies. I loved the ambiance of the hotel and the rooms be divided in Tarot cards. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen, good conditions and fridge looks brand new. Coffee, tea and cold filtered water free, 24hrs. The beds were confortable and I am a tall girl, making some reviews untrue. They provided me a duvet right away without request advising me from the AC turned on during the night in case I feel cold. It was in a sealed bag and all the sheets were sparkly white, as I mentioned before the cleaning of this place is higher then resorts, because everything was cleaned daily in the morning. Rubbish was removed daily as well. The hostel was full and I saw no mess in the shared washroom area. They had some huge monstera plant that I fell in live with, not even in Brazil I seen a leaf bigger then a meter in a city surrounding, only inside forests. Please bring mosquito repellent as at night I was eaten alive, but Cyprus is tropical and humid, so it's completely normal to have mosquitos after sunset. But I was NOT biten during day light. I wish I could stayed longer

Great location close to the beach, beautiful space, and well equipped. The staff were nice, responded quickly to my messages, and were very informative and helpful. Plugs near each bed with both usb and wall plugs were very useful, in addition to both EU and UK outlets in the communal space.

I like having a small nightstand or cabin near my bed for my phone etc. There, they did have a small rack by each bed, but with no door to it. I slept in the upper bunck bed, which did not have a top partition, so I was exposed to the lighting in the room, which was bothering me a little bit.

Very convenient proximity to everything in Larnaca centre and the sea front. All facilities you would need for a self sufficient stay are here, whether short stay or extended. The room I booked was basic but was clean, I chose the en suite, it has air con and located on an annexed balcony that wasn't a natural thoroughfare within the property, in other words, nice and quiet with no guest footfall nearby. I only needed to use the air con on one particularly warm evening, my room has a tall ceiling, the roof. I think this, as well as the old thick stone walls, maintain a pleasantly constant environment. The entire premises felt cool all day and comfortable all night. I was here in May, things might be different in Summer & Autumn but the environment was consistent, ideal refuge to return to through the day if you need to cool down or peacefully recharge. I understand that bunk rooms and single rooms will be different but hopefully my experience here this last week could reassure concerns about whether this is an energetic environment, it genuinely felt that guests here chose to avoid a lively venue. Whether relaxing in the courtyard, cloistered seating area or coming and going etc, all seemed to understand the relaxing environment here, no television but easygoing and quiet music in the background, barely intrusive. Plenty of room downstairs to gather round low tables, to sit and read alone, or to sit at desks to catch up on work. British 13a sockets and European 2 pin sockets are around for laptop & phone. WiFi seemed reliable for my stay.

A very old historical building, its walls go back 4 centuries... 17th century...wooden doors and windows over a 100 years old,,,,,full of old things..like ME (I am antique ..hehe...) Building should be a museum ...like a 5 star hotel...without room service A professional hostel/hotel I can cook in kitten.. free tea and coffee Staff helpful and friendly

The stairs,but I can cope I not too disabled...with my heart condition I ok with slowly slowly climb stair....the stairs are gentle and has hand rails,but staff did give me a bottom bunk...alway best to ask for bottom bunk when booking your room
