The hotel is in a great location—easily accessible from the airport and conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy to travel to places like Limassol, Paphos, and Nicosia. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked, but we do think there’s room for improvement in the cleaning standards, and it would be nice to have some newer towels.

A very small but wonderful hotel in a home style. Only about 10 rooms, and each guest receives personal attention. There is a separate open balcony with tables for smokers. Breakfast is not available, but coffee, tea and cake are free 24/7. Excellent location - on the square of the Church of St. Lazarus, and 5 minutes from the sea. There is live music from restaurants on the square in the evenings. (So ​​whoever doesn’t want to hear this, ask for a room without windows overlooking the square). Personally, I enjoyed both the music and the hotel.

This is exactly what I hoped to find for my winter getaway vacation in Cyprus. The hotel is charming, bright, and welcoming with a 24-hour staff. The bed was enormous, the amenities in the room showed care for the guests. For example, unlike my previous stay nearby in Larnaca, when I stayed at the unfriendly and unstaffed Alkisti, the room had a thoughtfully provided a converter for EU-style plugs (I had asked to borrow one at the Alkisti and the owner snapped, 'no, you'll have to go buy one, all the guests steal them"). The room had a kettle, teabags and a refrigerator. The lighting and the end tables are very comfortably arranged, with outlets on both sides for charging, and the switches for the lights right on the headboard. The bed is enormous, with a good mattress. Room lighting covers all bases - you have a soft, warm bedside lamp, and two different overhead lamps giving you the choice of lighting for reading. It was very easy and comfortable to read in bed as a result. The wardrobe has extra blankets and pillows, and the air-conditioning/heating unit includes a timer function so you can have it shut off after you fall asleep for a deeper sleep in a cooler room. The little balcony is sunny and a pleasant spot for reading, coffee, or in my case, knitting, and you can watch interesting goings-on with the locals downstairs at their shops and businesses in the alley. There is a welcoming common area and larger balcony by the front desk. What I especially love is having a front desk that is staffed 24/7, for that extra bit of support and reassurance. They were always ready with suggestions, or to call a taxi or make sure I woke up for my early-morning flight. The location is superb, with cafe's, a bakery, several restaurants and the splendour of the Church of St. Lazarus at the doorstep. I think that being on the ancient square is the perfect location in Larnaca.

There is a tiny bit of rust at the base of the very clean shower in the very clean bathroom. This didn't bother me but some people are fanatical about such things.

Perfect location, fantastic view form the balcony and very comfy bed, good and well maintained air condition, no bugs or insects in the room which was a real advantage. We did not mind a few stairs up to the hotel reception, it was all good! Thank you

mould in the shower, missing equipment in the room (you need to ask for it at the reception) missing or broken furnishing in the bathroom. Room was rather small but the bed was very large so that was a plus, and also the balcony is small but it is a really nice thing to have with your room. Tv remote control not working, you needed to change channals in the telly, few English channels, many not working, and the shower could have been much cleaner and have its furnishing repaired, hence only 9 points instead of 10.

Perfect location for all attractions and to wander around. Helpful staff.

A torn sheet isn't a nice greeting for a guest. I would prefer the hotel to be totally non-smoking as there were ashtrays on the balconies and sometimes could smell cigarette smoke.

All staff is really nice and helpful! Unlimited tea, coffee, cake etc. from ‘reception’s buffet’. Clean. Every day a new towels and tiding up. We were really happy that the room was ready for us earlier :) so we could change and go to explore the area with no luggage to drag around since we had the birthday to celebrate! Location is the best part of stay there. Lovely views and close to everything. Bus stop for bus to airport right behind the corner. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Beach and shops 5mins walk away. Lack of pests was defo a big additional bonus! I was checking plenty of reviews in other places as well in Larnaka and it would be a huge problem for us if it was the case there as well.

Very good spot, but it might be quite loud at rooms with city/church view where the live music and the noises from local bars are on until late hours. We were knackered since we had an early flight with pretty much no sleep a night before. I was able to fall asleep quickly though with my airpods , calm’sleep’music helped a lot.

The best location in Larnaca just next to the Saint Lazarus Church, close to the beach and to the tourist area with souvenir shops and restaurants. Bus 425 to the airport stops 30 meters from the hotel (ticket EUR 2.40 purchased in cash only from the bus driver); with the same bus it is easy to go to the Salt Lake. Friendly staff, common area with tables and a balcony, There is everything that you need to feel like at home. The hotel provides beach towels upon request. A bakery and a restaurant in the same building with tables on the beautiful square. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel with the exceptional location- right next to Church of Saint Lazarus. Nearby are many bakeries and cafes. The sea is in 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a treatment for the hotel guests such as coffee, pastry, fruits which can be enjoyed at any time. There is also a lovely balcony. The staff is very friendly, all the ladies from housekeeping to reception are very lovely. Highly recommended.

Room was great. Bed was huge. Complimentary wine. There was a complimentary breakfast, nit much but it is a welcome bonus. Everything was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even printed my boarding passes. Location was great and there was a car park too. Really a lovely place to stay. Excellent value for money.

Shower leaves a lot to be desired. Really does need updating. My family occupied 3 rooms in total. All the showers were pretty poor. Shower door was only one pane of glass so did not fully close. Tiles are blue mosaic but has heavy built up orangey yellow discolouration everywhere. Whole shower needs ripping out and replacing. Toilet and basins were good. Compact but that didn't matter. This place is great apart from that.

Location is great, right beside st.lazarous church, with many reasturant nearby. The room was clean and compy. The bathroom was clean with soup and shampoos wish was nice to have. The bed was comptable. There was a balcony in oyr room which was nice even tho it was to the side street we could have some privacy. The stuff were nice and Ironing option was avilable which helped a lot! This is an excellent place for staying near the chuch in resonabe price.
