First of all, I read an earlier review and ran there. Everything that was written was true and even more. At the reception there is Mrs. Nadia and her daughter.. The service is excellent and the location is great. What can I tell you, I fell in love with the place.

The staff member Nadia that checked in at 2 am in the morning she was very Great sincerely appreciated that as we had another 10+hrs of travel to follow. the breakfast was great too! Almost everything there can not be criticized, it’s a beautiful experience great and staff efficient Really good value for money stay Hai hotel is perfect to stay to refresh your mind ,Room are so clean are just super top with room services so good I will visit this hotel again and i recommend it

The breakfast is not at the hotel, but in a restaurant nearby. The restaurant has a very good selection of options for the food. It was clean, delicious, and fresh.

The noise level is somewhat high during the weekend. There is good noise insulation, but the music outside was a little loud. The hotel provides earplugs free of charge, which was a nice gesture.

Room was quite large, with nice lighting and a very practical desk which could have very well used for "workation", should one wish so (One European adapter already provided). Quite a large balcony, with side sea view. If you omit the adjacent buildings, which are quite unmaintained, it is still a refreshing view in the morning. A/C worked fine. And there is a fridge - you'll want some cold water in the warm and humid summer climate of Larnaka. There was also a TV, but we barely used it. Bathroom amenities were clean and modern. There is a hairdryer in the desk drawer. Staff was very friendly, though we fortunately didn't need that much help: they kindly provided instructions to us via phone on how to get the keys (as reception closes after 16) and were also quick to provide a second key on request. Cleaning maid kindly asked us a few times if the room should be cleaned and provided us with additional towels when needed (official policy is cleaning every three days). One piece of furniture was broken, and it got repaired during out stay. Breakfast is also just around the corner, it's quite tasty and in any case it is very cheap. There is also a bar just meters away, so if feel like gossip with some music and drinks right near the hotel, you're covered. If you do not wish so, the balcony is closed with double glass, and soundproofing is quite good. You also have Larnaka fort, Finikoudes promenade packed with restaurants and bars and Saint Lazarus church within walking distance. There a plenty of parking lots in the area, including a modern one where you pay at a machine when you exit (3 euros per day).

Lights in the bathroom were flickering. And adjusting the water temperature was tricky.

The main point of contact I had was very communicative and had fast response times. Also, when I thought I had an issue with the power on arrival, she said she would come straight over after she’d finished her dance class. I actually sorted the issue, but she was very willing. Check-in was super simple and easy through the lock box. Location was great and really in the heart of the town, but was still quiet.

There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room that kept buzzing in my ear throughout the night 😂 But all jokes aside, there was nothing I disliked about this property. Great staff, great location, great facilities!

HAI Location Is Very Good If you like walking everything is easy reach, if you wish you can walk 10 minutes to Mackenzie Beach along the way you have great Sea Views , HAI maybe in a lively area but everything is on your door step from Traditional Cypriot Food to KFC MAC's the Rooms and Staff are Very Nice Good People

The Lack of Parking but that is not the fault of the Hotel , there's servral parking options near The Church St Lazarus on the Friday Saturday they Charge 3euros for 24hours so its not a real issue Room wise slippers maybe a idea as the floors are marble style

Perfect Location – Everything Within Reach! I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — just a one-minute walk from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sea any time of day. It's also very well connected — buses and taxis were always available nearby, which made getting around the city super convenient. On top of that, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, offering a great variety of food options. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience during their stay! The beds were also really comfy, and the rooms were quiet — I slept very well every night. I liked everything about this hotel. Modern, super clean, room has everything you need, very well designed for guest convenience and comfort. The best staff (Nadia) at reception - professional, welcoming, knowledgable and simply lovely. Great location - in the charming old part of town and 2 min walk from the beach which is nice and clean (the sea is quite shallow) and you can rent a sun lounger for only eur 2.50 per day, or sunbathe on your towel for free. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area, lovely promenade along the beach. The best value for money.

Excellent location. 1 minute walk to beach 1 minute walk to bars restaurants on front & old city area Double glass balcony doors for quieter sleeps. Spacious rooms with big comfy beds and good shower Kettle tea coffee & fridge Reception finishes afternoons which is the norm in Larnaca, key card entries . No car park but many close by & reasonable chargers.
