Great little hotel just set behind the beach and promenade and a stones throw away from the main square, municipal market and shopping street. Reception staff are super warm and welcoming and helpful with your requests / questions. The room is nice and spacious, clean, with a fridge and coffee facilities refilled daily. Bathroom also clean with shower gel fixed to the walls. We had a shower in the bath rather than a walk in shower but ok for our short stay. Towels changed daily. Breakfast is plentiful, from cold cuts and cheeses to eggs made to order, cereals and sweet & savoury pastries. Plenty of choice and a lovely girl working the breakfast hall. Swimming pool on the roof and lots of sunbeds but bring your own beach towel and drinks as it was all closed (probably out of season). And we must give a recommendation to a local restaurant suggested to us by the reception staff at The Josephine and it’s just a 5 minute walk away (2 blocks) … if you want traditional cuisine go to Stou Roushia.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of old town. Breakfast was decent, with a view to the sea. All the amenities are available.

Very loud at nights, everything on the street is very badly silenced because of the balcony door (did not close properly). The sheets had some stains, not cleaned properly. The parking situation is not difficult, only 2 minutes from the hotel for 5€ a day, but not understandable. The barrier were always openned when we entered car park + when scanning the card the machine said “not allowed” and the emoloyees could not answer why. Plus you have to leave 20€ deposit which is a lot for a plastic card in our opinion.

I recently stayed at this modern and well-decorated hotel in the heart of Larnaca, just steps from Finikoudes Beach and the main promenade. Its central location, right next to the old city and to the main shopping street, made it perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with a comfortable bed that easily fit two people with room to spare. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a bathtub, vanity kit, and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower after a long day. My room had a balcony overlooking the lively Zinonos Kitieos street; while there was some street noise, it wasn’t too disruptive, and I still had a great night’s sleep. The hotel also features a rooftop pool (unheated), with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was very good. For its location, comfort, and price, this hotel was excellent value for money. I’d definitely return in the future!

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a warm atmosphere. The staff was attentive, courteous and professional throughout the hours. The room is not really soundproof. There was a little noise in the room from outside

Back to the Josephine hotel and they kept their standards. The room was modernly decorated and very clean. The check in and check out are easy. The dining room on the 6th floor is great with the view and breakfast is very good with good choices, eggs as you like and gluten supplement for bread. The pool on the roof is very nice and clea and you can get some sun there and thebeach is right around the corner.

In the family room we got 2 folding beds for the kids. They didn't seem very convenient but I guess it was a good way to get all of us in a room so it's not really a complaint.

Location cleanliness friendliness

The noise from the road , loud music from cars and noise from cars and delivery trucks … we rectified this situation by wearing ear plugs . No fault of the hotel as being on a road in Larnaka , it would always be noisy !

Very good location. The room was very modern and clean, with very good air con. The bathroom was fine and the shower very good with plenty of instant hot water. The house keeping staff were very good and the room was always cleaned quickly and very efficiently. Good breakfast with plenty of good quality options and eggs to order, all dealt with by very good staff.Excellent roof top pool of a decent size, plenty of comfortable loungers and towels, again it was immaculately clean and smart. A very enjoyable stay.

The wi fi in our room was very slow. The room was on the road which was quite busy. The sound proofing of the roof was not very good. If it was not for these two items it would be 5 stars.

We stayed two times in this hotel because in total hotel is very good! Wide room, comfy bed, nice AC, location in the center of Larnaca!

Hotels in this area have high prices and for that amount of money I will write what is missing. Bar at rooftop it is not so clean, sunbeds could be better, I seat on broken one.. narrow offer of drinks and you do not have option for charging bill in the room, towels for pool are not in good condition! There is no conditioner for hair.. you must pay for parking.. I do not mind so much for all of that, but also I stayed in cheeper hotels with better offer.

Room was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. We also had a lovely balcony. Location was excellent as near to the main promenade but not actually on it, so a bit quieter. Parking available nearby and very easy to access.

The breakfast! It was ok, but not great. There was a good choice but wasn’t particularly tasty. However they did offer eggs on demand and that was lovely. Also, we had to have a packed breakfast one day and they were brilliant about that! Sandwich, apple and a bottle of water. Not exciting but did for us and they were very happy to do it.

Location is perfect. The room is very spacious and convenient, with everything required and more. Very friendly staff.

I would have improved cleaning. Breakfast is nice, however fresh juice and better bread and quality coffee would be nice.
