Well situated in the city center and not far from the beach (also at walking distance from the bus station). The accomodation is comfortable and tastefully arranged.

There is no reception, codes for the doors are sent by e-mail / message which is fine excepted it's done a bit late. Other travellers were also surprised about it. Maybe a first e-mail / message explaining the whole thing could be sent a bit more early.

Nice place on a good location in Larnaca old town. Self check-in was convenient and room was small, traditional but all we needed. We received a free water botte upon arrival in the room, which was nice.

We had super quiet neighbors and did not experience noise discomfort, but it depends on the people staying. This because our room was separated by a wall with an extra door between the two rooms.

Charming stay in a great location! The property is very well located—just a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the main street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, yet the area stays quiet and peaceful at night, which was a nice surprise. The room was adorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—super efficient and responsive. When we arrived, there were no bath towels in the room, but after a quick message, the host explained there had been an issue with their laundry service that day. They promptly delivered fresh towels, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally. We took the bus to the airport early in the morning from the main bus station, which is just a short 15-minute walk from the apartment. The bus ride took another 15 minutes, so it's a very efficient option for anyone relying on public transport. The intercity bus stop is also nearby, making it easy to reach other towns in the island. Overall, a great option for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Good looking traditional rooms. Very good location, just few minutes to old town Good place to drink morning coffee or tea in the patio. Quite cheap. Rooms got cleaned daily. Big rooms ( deluxe ) with enough space to store all our things. Few parkings nearby for low price.

Lacked some accessories: no cutlery, only two small cups, no plates. Unlucky, but there was street renovation right next to our window - probably before summer - not a big problem though. It got very cold inside the room, and the AC unit wasn't able to heat it at all ( not a problem if you stay during summer)

Everything. The place is a traditional Cypriot property with bags of charm. My budget room was anything but budget. It was delightful with everything I needed. Downstairs there is a coffee machine (in addition to a kettle in your room) water in the fridge and also snacks with an honesty box. The location is good. It's 10 mins walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants on the strip. There are also bars and coffee shops just around the corner. I loved it and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Great location in old town, Larnaca. Handy for shops bars restaurants & beach. Beautiful characterful property that felt very cosy & traditional. Large room with stone floors, high ceilings, big comfy bed & spacious bathroom. Great shower! All the comments about road works in Larnaca - there's no escaping this in the old town at the moment! There is a huge renovation project underway, which is going to look great when completed. Having said that, we had no problems with noise on our stay at Edem.

Milk would have been nice for tea/coffee!

The location was excellent, easy to access the room, parking really close by, quiet .

The room was tiny, the bathroom very small. Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, no hangers for the towels except that thing where one can hang towel to dry, but since it’s over the toilet and it isn’t very high , the towels almost reach the seat of the toilet. The soap dish was about to fall off the wall. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were to big , woke up with a terrible pain in my neck. The floor was clean but not wow. Also killed a big roach and I hate roaches. It was ok for the one night we stayed it it’s definitely not a place where I’ll stay next time I come to Larnaca.

Despite the minor hiccups, I wouldn't hesitate to return. It's a truly special place that offers an unforgettable stay in Larnaca.

While the lack of a permanent front desk staff might not suit everyone (phone calls weren't always answered immediately and booking inquiries took some time), it honestly added to the relaxed atmosphere. The one very minor inconvenience was a small wedding reception happening in the central patio during our daytime stay. While we were happy to share in the couple's joy, some advanced notice would have allowed us to choose a quieter day to relax in the room. The staff graciously offered a late check-out the following day, which was a lovely touch.

We stayed at this amazing boutique hotel for just one night and it was perfect. This amazing place strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional charm. The location is amazing and we explored another area we didn't see before as this wasn't our first stay in Larnaca. The room was aesthetically decorated, really clean and had everything you need. Big thanks to the very kind and sweet cleaning lady who helped with the check in and also with the late checkout they provided to me :) The communication was through whats app but they were really helpful and always available to help. Overall, Edem Traditional House is a gem. I wouldn't hesitate to return and stay there for longer. It's a truly special place that offers an unforgettable stay in Larnaca. I definitely recommend going staying there.
