Great location. Spacious and comfortable room. Close to the main beach of Finikoudes. There are several shops and cafes nearby. A pleasant surprise was the adapter for the Euro socket, but only one. So you could either watch TV or charge your smartphone. I received the keys a year later on a lockable drawer, during my stay I never crossed paths with the staff. It's perfect for an introvert. neighbors were also not heard - excellent sound insulation.

I was upset with the equipment of the kitchen corner. There were only 2 cups, a bad knife and 2 dessert spoons. There were no forks, no dinner spoons, no plates. I was glad when I saw the hob, but unfortunately it didn't turn on. I've only been there for 3 days, so it's not critical for me. But for tourists who want to stay here with their family for a long time, it can be very important, because there is no way to make porridge for breakfast or boil eggs. (there are no pots and pans either). It's bad.

Spacious and modernly designed apartment with perfect location. Fast and worry free check-in system. Everything was clean. They gave us free breakfast as our welcome gift. We always had warm water and the water pressure was excellent. Mini fridge was working fine. There were 2 air conditioners, one for each room. Overall, great value for the price, and I will definitely come back

The lack of any kitchen utensils is unacceptable. There were 3 of us, but we got one plate, two small cups, 2 spoons and a knife. There isn’t a sponge, dish soap or any other kitchenware so the kitchen is useless. We also didn’t get a plug adapter. One of the air conditioners was leaking water.

Decent no-frills hotel in Larnaca. Hotel was clean and well arranged when I got there. Very simple instructions to get the keys from a lock box. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was excellent and very much in line with what I needed. The AC was a tad on the weak side, but nothing to get too fussed over.

The cleaning lady was awful! Check-out was at 12 noon, which is fine. She came knocking on my door at 10:30AM wanting me to check-out so she could clean it. Turned out it was the only room she needed to clean that day and she just wanted to go home early. Very much didn't care for that. I stayed all the way until 12 noon just to spite her. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

This hotel is excellent! I really like the concept – there’s no reception, and access to the apartment is super easy. I also loved the size of the apartment and how well it’s organized. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and makes perfect sense. I noticed some guests left lower ratings, which I think is unfair. Yes, it’s a hotel, but it really feels like you’ve rented a little flat in a great location. The terrace is beautiful and huge. The beds are very comfortable – we slept like babies! The city is lively and full of positive energy. Of course, like on any island, renting a car is highly recommended. You’ll find all kinds of food – from traditional Cypriot dishes to various fast food options. One more tip: check out Savino Rock Club – they sometimes host live concerts, and it’s a great place to spend an evening. All in all, we had a faaaantastic time!

Very spacious apartment and balcony, with a very comfortable bed. Really nice balcony view. Excellent water pressure, excellent air conditioning. Clean enough. Mini fridge provided but we didnt happen to use the kitchenette. Double glass windows which lessen the sound from outside. Huge wardrobe, huge bathroom. Quiet place in general. We received the information we needed to 'check in' on time. Very kind host.

Plain apartment - not any decor at all (not decorated like in the pictures). Some wood furniture need some repair on their veneer. The curtains do not darken the rooms completely which some people might find a difficulty to sleep. Shower cabin a bit small with a narrow opening. No bedside lighting.

The apartment was very spacious and nice, furniture is new and comfortable. When we had issue with the bathroom, it was quickly fixed. Internet is good even for laptop. Balcony is big and very nice. The location is the best possible, it is just 5 minutes from the beach.

There is nothing in the kitchen. No utensils, no plates, no cutlery, not even a cup or mug. That was a big minus for our stay. We had issues with water getting out of the floor and they came and fixed it. Although there was also water leaking from the sink that kept getting on the floor. The last day, there was big dead cockroach in the living room.

The location was perfect. Just 5 min walk to the Finikudes beach in Larnaca and you have 1 mini market on 1min walk and one on 2 min walk. Also good place to eat and order on a 2 min walk (right next to the second market). The room ( apartment ) was specious and well climatised (2 separate air-condition units in the bedroom and in the living room). The toilet was clean and equipped with all necessary things (soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer). The apartment had a big and specious balcony with place were you can dry your clothes. The "kitchen" had a microwave, kettle, and a place for cooking but there were no kitchen appliances ( only 2 glasses for water, 2 cups for caffee, 1 spoon and 1 butter knife). They do a roomservice everyday

There was no receptionist at the hotel. I was communicating with someone throughout "WhatsApp". The shower was with glass dors that dont fully open, if you are a "+" size person you will need to squeeze in and out of them. The kitchen did not have kitchen appliances, they state that it is a "decorative kitchen" but also in kids toys there is a fork. Or at least 2 spoons or knives. Also dont recommend you to use the safe box. Difficult to open because the key was stuck in 1 position ( have me a small hearth attack when i try to take my passports out) The room service took 1 3in1 Nescafee (I hope she enjoyed it) and 5 euros that I leave unintentionally on the counter in the room. (But after that the room was super clean and fresh and smells nice, so a win situation)

November, 29th 2024 I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The place was clean, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Its location was perfect, being very close to all the facilities and attractions in the area. The proximity to the beach and local amenities made everything so convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation by the sea.

We were disappointed with the kitchen facilities. As frequent travelers, we usually rely on having a well-equipped kitchen, but this one lacked many basic utensils and cutlery we needed to prepare our meals. This made our stay less convenient than we had hoped. While the overall experience was good, I would recommend this place only to those who don’t plan on cooking much during their stay.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that there are no glasses or any kitchen utensils—no forks, knives, etc. There isn’t even a kettle to heat water for coffee. We didn’t receive a blanket, so we took one from the closet, but it didn’t have bed linen on it. The sink doesn’t work, so we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub.
