The location was perfect with easy access to the town centre & the promenade. Also a good supermarket around the corner, just 5 minueted walk away. We met the caretaking staff who were helpful & very pleasant. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable beds & very clean. A good, powerful walk in shower.

The tap on the bathroom washbasin was loose, we did mention it to the caretaking team & they made a note of it, it wasn’t such a big deal though. The drains were sometimes smelly but I’m supposing this can’t be helped really.

Amazing place to stay one of the best. They really give you everything here. The best is comfortable and the balcony was amazing felt so private. I stayed one or 2 nights but it's was a vibe. I really liked it here. You have everything you need. It's a nicely decorated and thought out apartment. These people aren't just trying to get your money. They think of nearly everything I was impressed. Must try if your travelling in Cyprus. Good for couples and singles. As they are not that big from what I saw. Staff are helpful. Cleaners are hard working and very nice people.

Did I say television grrrr. This is in all foreign countries we westerners like are tv. Even just on it helps us relax. Either they don't work or they are just their language. Digital tv. Period. The 2 women who checked in and thought it was a night club wanst a vibe either. The lack of staff to deal with these people. I was irritated as it's just exhusting and unsettling to listern to people falling every were all night. I think after a certain hour all places should say no to noise. It ruins the reputation of the hotel and it's business. Or just make them party apartments. Not everyone is on holiday you feel like you just have to put up with it.

I loved the decor, the blue lights, the nice and smooth cozy room and bathroom. Also the terrace was amazing. I would absolutely stay in the same hotel the next time. It was amazing!

I did not like that the shower does not flow and is a little bit broken. Also we had small problem with the washing machine since it was also broken and was difficult to open and close the door.

The apartment experience was absolutely delightful, and I have no complaints whatsoever. During my stay, I had the pleasure of witnessing two fantastic parades. One day, there was a motorcycle parade, which was a truly unforgettable experience, and on another day, I enjoyed a colorful holiday parade, adding a lot of variety to my stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, which was important to me. The key handover went smoothly and without any issues. The staff proved to be extremely friendly and helpful, significantly contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of my stay. Communication with the management was excellent, and any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a friendly environment. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I will gladly return there on the next opportunity.

The apartment is as in the photo. It is quite a good space for three people. All the necessary things are there: washing machine, hair dryer, iron, microwave oven, toaster, necessary dishes. Three towels per person. Water always came well. WiFi worked well. The location is a bit far from Finikoudes beach. But through the inner streets you will soon reach the beach. Around there are clothing and souvenir shops, food establishments. Overall, it's a pretty good apartment. The owner of the apartment NIKITAS is a very nice person. He was quite quick to answer us on WhatsApp. Thanks to him for hosting!

The location is perfect! Just 10 minutes away from the beach which was amazing especially in the morning when you go to catch the sunrise on the beach also there’s a supermarket three minutes by walking which is super convenient if you need to get any essentials or food! Also the shops and majn streets are just a street down. Amazing property in really good condition very modern the lights made the room look very modern and it had an overall nice aesthetic. I would 110% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Also just wanted to add when I was Checking in I was a bit confused as I didn’t have the door code or room number but after speaking to someone on the phone everything was solved!

There’s not much I didn’t like, the only thing I could potentially comment on was the shower facilities, the water pressure is quite low and not a lot of water comes out so when showering it did take a bit longer also the shower isn’t the best but is definitely manageable and for the place and price I can’t complain! Also just to quickly add the room I was staying in the door is a bit tricky to get into, but after a while you figure it out!

I made a very right choice when I booked this apartment. First, I am grateful that all the instructions I received were detailed and accurate. The most important component of a hotel is cleanliness, so I would like to mention that the room apartment was very well organized. The bathroom was very clean. WiFi worked well. In the apartment I found all the necessary things that you may need at any time. On behalf of myself and my friends, I recommend you.

I have no bad attitude. The apartment is not in the center where you will be bothered by the noise, but it is very close to the beach and in exactly 4-5 minutes you can walk anywhere you want.

I stayed at the Mariandry Apartments with my boyfriend for 7 days and we’re satisfied with the stay! The location is great, close to the beach and local shops. The apartment has many amenities; hair dryer, air purifier, full kitchen equipment, microwave, stove, kettle, AC and even an adapter (although I wish there was more plugs). We stayed in contact with the owner before and during our vacation so we had no problem with the check-in and check-out. The only downside is the poor ventilation in the bathroom which caused the air to be damp and have a slightly unpleasant smell - but the owner made it up for by letting us check out later during the day and was really cooperative! :)

A great location, near the beach and the bus stop to the airport. A new building, a well-furnished and modern apartment. The host company replies very quickly and efficiently resolves any issue.

It seems that towels were completely new and they didn't wash them before the first use, so they left the traces of white cotton tissue on my body, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Apartment in the immediate vicinity of the center, main bus station, market, promenade. Everything is within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Excellent location. The apartment is equipped with all possible devices and little things to make your stay as simple and beautiful as possible. For every praise and recommendation.

I did not like that the other guests are extremely noisy throughout the day and even at night.
