It has a perfect location. The host was very responsive. Very easy to find. Near shops and restaurants. Very comfortable

Close to the beach, a few sightseeing locations, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A calm neighborhood, sufficient for a good night sleep. Check in is anytime, which is good. There is a bus stop nearby that goes straight to the airport. Staff is friendly.

Water pressure in the shower is very low, takes a while to take a shower. Somewhat confusing how to reach the room. There are a lot of doors to the room and main door tends to get stuck, I had trouble opening it a few times. The staff was there and helped me out. Should be looked at and fixed.

Location in the Centre of city, 5 min to the Beach. The space in the Appartment. Cleaning service. Reception support.

Noise. But it is the natural consequence of the Centre of City :-) I'm not complaining.

I must admit that on arrival I was worried. There was a large pub underneath the apartment complex and a bunch of approximately 20+ rowdy males in the street, all cheering and chanting as the football was on. However, once in the apartment (non-balcony) I was relieved that I could not hear a thing. Partner found bed uncomfortable, but I had no problems and think he is just a middle age man having a moan :) Location is perfect and I would definitely use again.

No complaints, staff extremely helpful. Maybe a microwave would be a nice addition? Although it did not relate to my visit, I would have been highly unhappy if I'd had a balcony apartment due to the constant street bbq's from the pub below and also the noise generating from chanting football fans - just one to watch out for

Location, location, location! Convenient and close to everything. A 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, clubs, convenience stores, etc. The apartment was cozy, and everything was stocked well.

Our room (001, family room) was located close to a bar, so on Friday night it was quite noisy until about 1 am. Otherwise, it was great. Also, there are a lot of stairs to get to the lobby, so dealing with a stroller in this setting wasn't ideal. Same goes for the entrance to the apartment, it's a staircase right away, so you we had to fold the stroller and lift it each time. Not a big deal, but yes something to note for families with babies. Our washer didn't work, but they have general washing machines on the third floor available. There are only 4 or 5 channels on the TV and all in Greek.

Great location and the reception’s staff helped us any time we needed. The beds are comfy and the living room was spacious and could accommodate us all. There was an air conditioner is every room, a big fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

1) I wish there were clothespins, as it was often very windy and we were afraid that our clothes will fly away. 2) There was a bit too much of cleaning. Sometimes we just came back from the beach some minutes before the cleaners came to clean and they were very unhappy to see us at the apartment. When we asked if it’s ok, the cleaner directly answered that it’s not ok (but she still let us stay). It literally left us with an anxiety for the every next time, as we did not want to disturb the cleaners, but also we did not want to stay at the beach during the hottest hours just because of them. But, I must mention they did their job well. Maybe there should be an option to choose some cleaning schedule like every 4-5-6 days etc.

Small but cozy. Great location although a bit noisy due to commerce. Very easy to find and easy to check in.

The washroom was small it was fine, however, the water from the shower leaks from under the shower door sill. U can see it is starting to damage door jamb. Also there is a shelf at the bottom of mirror that doesn’t allow you to bend over the sink. It shouldn’t be there since it isn’t straight and it’s not possible to put things on top of it. Please remove it for best confort. U can add a smaller one, on the side instead.

It was almost last minute booking and not many other options were available so for that price I was expecting an average room but I got a full apartment instead. It consists living room with a sofa, TV and dining table, further, there is a fully equipped kitchen followed by a bathroom and bed room with a comfortable bed and ba ig wardrobe. It is located in the heart of the old part of Larnaca, all tourist attractions within 10 minutes walk, less than 5 minutes to the beach and a number of restaurants nearby. That will be my next first choice if I’ll travel to Larnaca again.

Stayed in Larnaca Stephanie City Apartments for 1 night. It has a great location, in front of the Phinikoudes Beach (approximately.50m) and the bus stop. A lot of restaurants, cafes are near the appt. There’s a small kiosk near the appt. and if you need anything like water, refreshments, yogurt, toothpaste etc.  Very hospitable personnel at the reception explained the rules and gave the key. The room was clean , everything important there in the room (a fridge, clean linen, towels, air conditioner , a tv set, mini kitchen, hot shower ) . I was accommodated on the 1st floor with the indoor view, so there was not enough sun light . But I stayed just for 1 night and I needed just have rest and clean room. If you want a great location, comfortable and clean appt and not a big price, this appt. suits you.

I want to say special thanks to Maria - the manager. We had some misunderstanding while booking on your website, because the information was vague, but Maria did her best to make us happy and content. They're very client oriented and the information was updated on the booking website straightaway. Very nice people, polite, supportive - all of them. I am sure that if I go to Larnaca again, I'll stay at Stephanie for sure. Very clean, close to the beach, supermarkets and markets are nearby. We had great time in Larnaca with friends, it was my husband's birthday and we celebrated on the terrace with barbecue. We were given a bottle of wine by the staff. Only positive emotions.

I understand that it's self catering, but I'd offer a bottle of water on arrival. We arrived late at night, everything was closed and it's extremely hot. You want to drink and there's nothing. I mean, it's not expensive to offer 2 welcoming bottles of water and it's pleasing:) I'd include it into their service. I have to mention that I complained about it early at 7a.m. because I was dying of thirst and Maria offered us a big bottle of water, but I'd recommend this to be done as a welcoming treat and it would be great. After all it costs less than a euro, but makes the guests feel cared. And I don't even hesitate that it'll be done, because Maria is for quality. Thank you, Maria again!
