very noisy in the morning not very welcoming stuff at breakfast : miss Nataliya from the breakfast is every time upset and never smiles. i don’t know why room with hot bath must be renovated as it looked old and old fashioned

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The location of the hotel was central, which was great. The breakfast was open buffet style and offered various kinds of food. My kids room and bathroom was very big, which was fantastic for them. It was very clean.

Our room was small. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was small as well and the toilet was situated in an awkward position. We had a problem with the pigeons on the balcony and the staff offered us to change rooms (but since we came for a few days we didn't bother). The air condition was central control so we weren't able to change the temperature (we could only turn it or off).

The location is superb, close to the beach and main attractions of Larnaka. It is also super close to the intercity bus stop, where buses to Nicosia, Ayia Napa and the Airport depart every 30 mins or so (those are the destinations I used, but the are plenty of other buses). Big shout to the delicious breakfast and the amazing view! In general all the staff was friendly, from the frontdesk to the breakfast everyone was nice and helpful.

The location itself is fantastic, but the parking space just across the hotel is not the nicest. Nothing bad happened, just a pitty given how pretty Larrnaka is.

The hotel is in a central location close to Finikoudes Beach and the boulevard. There are many good restaurants in the area including fast food restaurants. In terms of the hotel, clean rooms, with a change of towels every day, strong Wi-Fi, a nice breakfast. And good service from the hotel staff. And in addition, they are available for any question both before arriving at the hotel and during the vacation.

They connected 2 single beds to 1 double bed, the cable of the phone line was loose and kept beeping when it was disconnected or connected, it kind of disturbed my sleep. The elevator in the place is relatively old and slow. The gym is usually closed, but if you want to work out, ask for the key at the reception.

The location is pretty great in terms of the touristic things to see in the town. You are just across the street from the beach and the hotel will provide you a beach towel to use. Breakfast was quite filling each morning and the gym was a great way to start/end your day. There a lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Another great thing is that it is very close to the Intercity bus stop if you wanted to explore other parts of the Island (and the city tour bus that comes twice per day). The staff was also very helpful with any questions I had.

I have no complaints. If I were to come back and visit, this would be the place I would check for availability first.

Breakfast was unvaried, but tasty, everything a traveler needs to start his day off, a little small room but quite comfortable, excellent facilities inside the room, such as a shower, there was a nice balcony, excellent location, 3 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants along the promenade, very kind and welcoming personnel

Until the last day I would write that everything was excellent, but on the last day they did not change the towels, and they tried less to arrange the bed linen, but this is of course less significant, and all in all was fine

We enjoyed our stay at Achilleos city hotel, first of all the location was excellent, it is less than 2 minute walk from the beach, also it is close to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were so kind, they answered every question and helped with everything, the breakfast was good, with different options. The rooms were good and clean! the beds are comfortable. I think it should be more than a 2-star hotel. And you get a high value compared to the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent, one minute from Finikoudes Beach, on the second row of hotels. The view from the room is pretty average for that area, but the view from the top floor restaurant is very nice (full sea view). Basically, the hotel is in the middle of everything - beach, old Town, main bus stop, commercial area, port, supermarkets. The building itself is nice but the rooms will need a refresh soon - on the plus side, everything works well, the staff is very helpful (amazing cleaning team), It's a good deal for the price. And, as a "bonus", they surprise us on my wife's birthday with a special "welcome pack" .Nice touch.

There is really nothing to complain, for us it was better than expected after reading most of the comments. Will I come back ithere in the future ? Yes, it's hard to find something that nice for the price and for the area.

A hidden gem. That's the best way I can define this hotel. I travelled solo to Cyprus and relied on bus network for displacement, week between Christmas and New Year. Achilleos is close to everything (including lots of wonderful restaurants) and yet conveniently removed from the agitated and noisy Promenade. The quality and comfort of the accomodation were very good; Achilleos is by far the best cost-benefit relationship I've seen in a LONG while. Good breakfast with fresh fruits every day. Last but not least, the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Suggestion only: breakfast could be set 30 min earlier (7 am), which would help those going to the Zenobia dive.

Very competitively priced hotel right in the center of Larnaca. Very easy to get to by bus from the airport, and close to many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, large, with a balcony, and the price was unbeatable during the off-season.

The view from the hotel (and balcony) is over a parking lot. There were lots of cats, which was pleasant, but otherwise it isn't super photogenic. Still, it's only a 2 minute walk to the beach.
