A beautiful room with a sea view, enough space, very clean. The location is great right on the Finicoudes beach. Small balcony with table and two chairs. It's often very windy so you need those big clothespins to secure your towels. No dark curtains on the balcony door so plenty of sun from sunrise to sunset. Free air-conditioning and good wi-fi. You have a kitchenette but no pots, plates or cutlery, only a kettle and two coffee cups. All in all a great room, everything is nearby.

Nothing in the kitchen. I expected at least two plates and a fork and knife, but no. Everything else is excellent.

Location is great if you like the buzz of nearby bars and restaurants. The view of the beach and the sea is very nice. It is centrally located and all a tourist needs is within a walking distance.

The car noise can be annoying and the charcoal smell from the restaurants underneath.

My stay at the Zodiac was overall good. The room was nicely renovated, with a comfortable bed and a nice & clean bathroom. The location was very good, right on the seashore, next to the castle and the old city and 1 block away from a taxi station (there should also be a bus station but during my stay the road was semi-closed). The room had see view, though on "Kataklysmos" celebration the coastal road is full of tents selling staff (like in a bazaar) and lots of people passing by.

There was no staff on premises and all communications were made via the Booking app. Although the hotel was prompt on it's obligations (providing entry codes, cleaning, sending the invoice etc on time) the whole communication was overall impersonal. I have no idea who I was talking to, I might as well have been talking to a chatbot with premade answers. I don't take away score points for that, but I would suggest them to incorporate more of the term "philoxenia" to their hospitality experience and give second thoughts before automatically rejecting logical guests' requests.

The room is nice and spacious, with a great location and view over Finicoudes beach.

It is just a room, not an apartment. I didn't understand why there is a kitchenette if they don't provide anything for cooking, no cutlery, no plates, no pot or pan, only 2 glasses and 2 cups. There was a smell like mould in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation! The cleanliness was impeccable and the sea view directly from the bed was absolutely gorgeous. Our towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned every other day which was a big plus. Although the room has a kitchen, we didn't use it - we don't go on holiday to cook. Instead, on the ground floor of the building there are restaurants where we had breakfast for only 13 euros for two people, coffee included. I recommend this accommodation to those looking for comfort, cleanliness and a spectacular view!

The Location is excellent, direct infornt of the beach. To be honest, you can not find a better location than this Hotel , 1 minute walk to the. Beach, resturants , bars everything beside you. The AC working perfectly. The size of the Appartement is very good.

The only two were not good... First thing that i found alot of hairs on the Appartement Floor, blanket was not very clean. Second thing there was just one blanket, no spons no forks .. So if they take care more about the cleanse, it will be they the best appartement in Larnaca, because as i said the Location is 1000/10

- during booking you can choose to pay at the property, but they don’t actually accept the payment on site, however it was fairly easily resolved as the card i attached was charged - we got the message with the wrong room number and couldn’t get in but after calling the staff we received help - the bathroom was really small and not quite clean, also rusty and the light was flashing for about 2 minutes each time you turned it on

great location overlooking the beach, independent check-in; very clean facility, cleaned every day; elevator available; the manager responds very quickly and is very helpful; the furniture is quite new, the bed is comfortable; there is air conditioning in the room; lots of fantastic restaurants around; overall, the stay was very enjoyable and I sincerely recommend this place

the room had a kitchenette which was unequipped; I received information from the manager that for short stays they do not provide plates, cutlery or any kitchen equipment - I was very surprised because I stayed for almost two weeks, but at my request, a kettle was provided, and I took the rest of the equipment with me (plate, cutlery) and this is how I coped

There was no plates, knives, forks etc, which on contacting the host is apparently made clear on the booking.com site, in fact over 200 items are not available due to health and safety. I’ve never booked an apartment which had cooking facilities IE; hob which didn’t provide simply items, I don’t want to cook a 3 course meal but we had to buy plastic bowls and spoons so we could have some yogurt and honey for breakfast.

The place is truly great . On the beach promenade of Larnaka near to everything very central Very clean . Easy to access Confortable bed , clean, spacious, and the best of the best. You can see the sunrise from your bed 2 terasses with chairs The staff gave us the info for the parking nearby
