The guesthouse is in a great location, very close to the beach, and in the evenings I enjoyed the sea view from the window. I had a bit of trouble with the entrance, but I contacted the administration, and they explained how to open the doors. By the way, I reached out to them a few more times with questions, and they responded quickly, which is commendable. The internet is fast. You can reach the airport in 15 minutes for 15–20 euros. It’s a convenient guesthouse, especially in terms of value for money. There are numerous shops in the area, and the shared kitchen in the house allows you to prepare your own meals — a particularly useful feature for long-term guests.

The guesthouse is a bit outdated and clearly in need of renovation. There was no insect screen, which is essential, and the mosquitoes practically ate us alive ))) There were also insects crawling on the floor. It's quite common to use insect repellents or sprays to solve this issue completely, but unfortunately, such things seem to be neglected. Please take these observations as constructive suggestions — everything else can be improved. Of course, after some investment, prices will probably go up, but since this is a 24/7 remotely monitored property without a reception, it's possible to balance things out. I’m sure it was much more appealing when it had just opened.

We had a problem getting in but the stuff was really fast and helpful. The AC was not working in the living room. It needs cleaning more often definitely because we got a feeling they just change the bin bugs. They need to do something for the morning sun because this 'stores(?)' on the windows don't really help and you are forced to wake up.

The place is clean and equipped with all you need. They have a very smart system of checking in and the location is simply excellent. Тhe communication with the owners is nice and easy and you have dryer in the terrace, TV, nice hair dryer, all you need.

We made the mistake to misunderstand that there are 3 rooms in an apartment. So it will be perfect for you if you can book the entire apartment for yourselves. If not, you will need to share the place with other guests. 1 of the rooms has its own bathroom and the other two share a common one. Just be aware of this :)

Excellent location with amazing sea view from balcony. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with all you need not only for fast snack but even for professional cooking. Lot of Cafe and Convenient Stores in the buildings around. Highly Recommended!!!

The staff was friendly and always replied back very soon. Also some guest puked in the sink and after i mentioned the fixed it in a few hours.

They could mention that it is a shared apartment. - after we realized the price is makes sense

Fantastic location in the city right next to the beach, a unique view of the sea from the room and the balcony, the living room and kitchen are shared with other guests (2 rooms)

The room and the terrace were not exactly the cleanest (on the floor next to the walls and next to the door), even the sheets looked like they had not been changed

My friend and I stayed in the room just for 6 hours and we fell in love with the amazing sea view! It is really incredible! The room and apartment itself have an amazing design and are beautiful inside. Nice staff.

The view is just fantastic! Apartment is on the beach, in old town near medieval fort. Great, spacy apartment on 6th floor, with sea view. We have had some requests, and the owner gave his best to make it work.
