Good location, between the intercity buses and the tourist center, next to the main shopping street, a few minutes from the vegetable market and several grocery shops. (There is a discount market just behind the agora) For the bus stop, there is a shortcut next to the reception, two steps down then through the building. We had a studio on both first and second floor with elevator. Quiet street and thick curtains allow for a good sleep. In winter it was nice to have a big sunny window. In the evening it was a bit cold, but we had an aircondition. We got various instant coffees and tea bags and a kettle and sugar. It is a small building between two hotels with 2 or 3 apartments per floor with a reception on the ground floor. It is good value for money and very good if used as a double room.

As a double room it would be almost perfect but as a studio it is ok for a short stay. As there is a small kitchen area we would expect a kitchen table but there is only a low table next to the sofa and a small desk with one little chair. It was a little uncomfortable to eat on the sofa, but it may be ok for you. The bathroom could be better but for the price we paid it was good enough with enough hot water and clean towels. When we take the key, the electricity is turned off. This could be inconvenient in some cases but it seems common practice in Larnaka. My rating is compared to other studios we had, and not related to the price.

Tiffany City apartments are situated in a very good location, just 2 minutes walking to the beach and to the Finikoudes Promenade. Lot of restaurants and cafes are along the street. The apartments had a very big balcony which was very useful. Reception staff very kind and polite, cleaning was done every three days, however in between they changed towels.

There is always a shortage of hot water, but there is a booster on the wall to be pressed for extra water, however it takes time, and if you need to go out, you take the keys of the room which is attached to the electricity key and electricity cuts off.

We were really happy with our apartment! It was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. But the best part was the washing machine – no need for laundromats and changing coins. Oh, and there was air conditioning in both rooms! The location was perfect too, just steps away from Finikoudes.

The elevator broke down twice during our stay. The outdoor air conditioning unit in the neighboring apartment was too loud.

Great location in the center of Larnaca: 5 minutes walk to Finikoudes beach and the bus stop (going to the airport and intercity buses); nearby shopping brands, restaurants and cafés. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They respond promptly to messages via booking and were flexible regarding late check-in and leaving our luggage in the locker after check-out.

It has all you need - a comfortable bed, cupboard and a kitchen to cook your meal. If you do not have big expectations you will be satisfied. Very nice and communicative host. We were allowed to check in much earlier as previous guests left earlier and room was already cleaned. If you need baggage storage - they have it. Very close to bus stop to the airport and to the sea which is a great advantage. There is a lift in the building. Every second day you get new towels and there is a general cleaning. There were European adapters available in the room.

The host Maria is really great, very friendly and helpful she gave us the best info about delicious and inexpensive best greek restaurants. The appartment was very nice and very clean. The location is incredible, just 100 to the see and you have everything arround, 2 bakaries, markets, lots of restaurants, the main busstation Finikudes is just 200 m away. Maria enabled us early checkin, everything was ready at 1 PM. She gave us all info via e-mail, so we were well prepared. Thank you Maria for everything.

We liked everything, just sometimes it gets a bit loud during the weekends late in the evenings and nighttime. But this doesn't matter much as the location and the appartment is really great.

This is the third time in the last two years we have stayed at Tiffany Appartments - because of the friendly, reliable and professional staff - starting from Cleaning Ladies up to the Reception Desk Officer and the Manager. And also because of the great location in the very heart of Larnaka - a few steps from the Finikoudes beach (so close to the beach that we preferred to go to the toilette to our apartment, rather than using the public toilettes at Finikoudes beach)

The apartment was amazing value for money. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, supermarket just across the road and the staff were really helpful. Kitchen facilities were sufficient to save us money buying meals in restaurants and it was quiet and comfortable despite being so close to everything. We were also able to leave our luggage there after we'd checked out , which really helped. We'd definitely stay there again.

A microwave would have been good in the kitchen, but I'm clutching at straws to find anything that could be improved!

Staff excellent. Took positive steps to make sure their guests are safe and comfortable. Spacious accommodation. Right in centre of town. Mostly quiet, compared to much of Larnaca central district as accommodation is not on a through-road.

The entrance to the accommodation block is open, which, at the time of writing, means anyone can wander in off the street. The hosts are addressing this and whilst I was there were beginning to construct an entrance door which will only allow access to its guests. The block only has a receptionist on duty during the day, but has some kind of association with the hotel Achilleos next door where I went to pick up/drop off keys out of hours and to ask advice.

Clean, well-equipped, with air-conditioning, and renovated apartments with everything we needed during our stay. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Mariya helped us book a taxi for our trip back to the airport! Perfectly located in the city center of Larnaca, and a few steps away from the beach. No sea view, but who cares when you are very well located. Would gladly do it again!
