- stylish interior (without unnecessary details and old tasteless furniture) - atmosphere of calm - there is an elevator - very convenient location - nice and polite staff - the hotel kindly provided me the adapter from the EU socket - perfect breakfasts, without monotonous buffets: here you could choose from a list of dishes + drink. The portions are really large, the chef personally brings the dish to you. There is also the nice barista who will make you coffee - the price is completely equivalent to the quality

I will write just a few points for improvement: - it was quite a bit dirty/dusty - the hangers were a bit wobbly - on Sunday evening someone seemed to be doing repairs, a knock was heard

Great breakfast, with something for everyone to choose from. Good location, close to everything. Service was attentive and helpful.

The only flaw I could find was the hair dryer. It was of poor quality and kept disconnecting.

The staff at the front desk was hostile. She yelled at us, making us feel that we disturbed her. In the dining room, we face the situation - again yelling at us the clients. I like the hotel, its location the room. But these hostile ladies made me think again :-(

The bed was great, we slept amazing, the breakfast was ok - limited selection, however it was tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned almost every day, apart from our last one when we noticed that there were clean towels in the room, but the sheets were not changed, and the floor was dirty. The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they were nice enough to make small adjustments to our breakfast, to accommodate our preferences.

The bed sheets were stained, probably with blood. In the restaurant zone the cutlery was sticky, as well as the salt and pepper shakers. The glasses and coffee mugs, as well as the plates were stained and not very well cleaned. Lack of coffee included in breakfast... At least black coffee should be offered for breakfast given that the breakfast is included in the price of the room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, probably from the plumbing, but that's most likely a country-wide issue.

This is actually my first hotel review. That alone could serve as a big statement. I cannot even express how great everything was. The hotel is beautiful, clean and perfectly located in the city centre next to the beach and cool restaurants, shops etc… I had a special request to check in around 3 am so I have been kindly contacted by the hotel receptionist (Helena) that provided me with all necessary information before I was due to fly. Nothing seemed to be a problem in this hotel. Any special request was alright. And then the atmosphere. I honestly felt like a member of a new family - that is how well I was treated. To me it’s about those little details that played a huge part. Helena provided me with helpful advice on a daily basis. And then there are breakfasts which I highly recommend. The chef is amazing, unfortunately I haven’t remembered his name. He managed to serve you any dish in such a fast way. Most importantly the taste was excellent. You can choose from a great variety of dishes and types of coffee. Fabregas, the barista, was exceptional. He was so kind and friendly in the best way possible. Many thanks to all the staff in RBH, I would recommend your service to anyone 🍀

Central location close to the beach and restaurants, calm area, a good place to stay to visit the island, small parking in front, staff really nice

Breakfast, was quite basic, we had the same thing every day and coffe machine was broken, we had to make instant coffee :( the bed was a bit soft for us, we like it more ferm, but we slep good nevertheless

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything a traveler needs, the wi-fi is excellent. Breakfast is a separate story. A wealth of colors and flavors, made from organic ingredients with the skill of a top chef and served in an exceptional way. Even though I read the comments of previous guests and got acquainted with all the necessary information, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Elena, Jimmy and the whole team made me feel as if I had come to visit relatives and friends. Thank you very much for everything! I will definitely return to this hotel with my husband.

Location, cleaningless, food, and more importantly - staff - were amazing! Greetings to receptionist Veronica - she couldn't be more friendly, and helpful (modest and patient to me as well ;) ), and Chef Jimmy - what a great lad. ;) Very specific, wonderful sense of humor that makes a day. Truly looking after his work place. He brings fresh fruits from the market in the morning for guest's breakfast. Anyway, I think is just a standard here, in Cyprus. ;) Also, server from Lebanon was a very nice guy. Thanks for the nice chat, and all the best to your country. The location is exceptional, three minutes from the Saint Lazarus church, five minutes from the beach. The staff is very friendly! Our special appreciation and gratitude to Mrs Elena from the reception and the lovely British Lady at the restaurant, for the breakfast! Amazing and warm human beings! It was areal pleasure to meet them and we shall definitely meet them again! Breakfast was also very good and rich. We also consider price/ service to be correct

In terms of location - one minus is the street - even though it is very central, the buildings around look rather deserted, with many street shops used more as warehouses. Otherwise - the street is safe! I added a lower mark in terms of cleaning only due to the bedding items. I think the linen part needs more attention. Everything else was ok

My room was clean and comfortable and had all of the expected amenities. Plus, I especially appreciated the staff. Checking in was smooth, and they honored my request about room preferences. I'd been a little concerned that a cooked-to-order breakfast would take too long, since I had a tour to get to. However, the delightful British man (Jimmy?) coordinating the breakfast ensured my delicious pancakes were served up very quickly! Upon leaving, I asked for help locating a bus stop for a bus to the airport, and instead, they mentioned another guest would soon take a taxi there and asked if I might want to share. So kind and helpful!
