Perfect location. Nice apartments.

Not very cleaned room, somewhere were dust and someone's hears. Not really noticeable or inconvenient, but it might be better. And on pics while reservation the apartments looked more freshy and modern, in reality they weren't as new as we were expected.

Great location. The owner of the apartament is very nice and helpful.

Cleanliness! This apartament was simply filthy, not up to standard for welcoming new guests. During our 5 days stay no one cleaned, the cleaning lady promised to come "tomorrow" and did not show up. Fortunately there was a broom and mop on the balcony, so I could at least clean the floors there regularly.

Excellent location, close to the boulevard yet quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped, and the self check-in and check-out process was seamless. Communication with the owners was clear and efficient. Overall, a very reasonable accommodation for the price, with thoughtful additions like a good baby chair and cot.

Unfortunately, the kitchen smelled of cigarettes because the previous guests had smoked inside. I understand that this was something the owner could not have anticipated. Microwave in the kitchen would be handy.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped with everything needed and at an excellent location with a parking lot just across the street! We were very happy for our choise and consider it value for money! The staff was very kind!

Unfortunately the lift wasnt working very well and in the end it broke down so the last day we carried the suitcases 3 floors down by stairs. However, a technician was working on fixing it the first working day of the week so it seems that they are quite proactive.

The location of the Levante boutique apartments is excellent! Having a self contained apartment within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping district, tourist attractions and other amenities was a great bonus. I would chose to stay at Levante again when I visit Larnaca. The staff and management were also great and approachable which makes a huge difference when you are away from home for a long period of time - as in my case. I felt very safe staying at this venue. If you are travelling to Larnaca for work - or working remotely, the WiFi is incredible! Seamless connection with no break in continuity during lengthy online meetings!

I think the apartment would have benefitted from the addition of a microwave, for those of us who prefer speedy meals!

The apartment was perfectly located in the city center, close to many attractions and restaurants. It was very comfortable and had two balconies, which was a nice bonus. The staff left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which we really appreciated. There’s a secure, guarded parking nearby, though it’s a bit pricey—but just a few minutes away you can find closed parking spots for only a few euros per day

The location of Levante Holiday Apartments was excellent. Shops and restaurants nearby, and a five minute walk to the beach. Entry into the building to collect the keys was seamless. The apartment was clean and spacious, well furnished and had a lift which helped with baggage. I also used the laundry room to catch up with washing which was great. Good communication from the hosts and we were helped with restaurant recommendations and where to park the car for a very reasonable fee.

You could hear some noise and people moving around from other rooms. Not sure if it was from upstairs or next door.

It is exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is located in the center, just a few steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and clean. The interior design is very nice. you have a balcony where you can also find a dryer. The host was very kind and responsive to our needs. You also have parking, it is right in front but you have to pay around 13€ per day. Our stay was a 10/10🥂

Everything was perfect

Everything, from the owners to the location was great! Angelika and Varnavas greeted us very nicely and we had a fonderful stay there. Apartment was really nice and good looking with fully functional kitchen and had a lot of small electrics devices. Overall I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Larnaca.

I liked everything, good location, very clean, host very kind and nice, amazing apartment amazing kitchen, bed very comfortable machine for washing clothes and drying machines for clothes. I liked everything and definitely will come back again.

I did like just the key is together with metal stick key for all electrical in flat. When go out have to take with me and for example in this case heating is not working because without key but for winters time no good or for cold days.
