This is truly one of the top hotels in Larnaca within its category! The location is excellent—you’re right in the heart of the city. So, if you’re not looking for a beach resort, but you want to explore the city and to be close to everything (from the main landmarks to the public peach) this hotel is for you! The hotel is modern, impeccably maintained, and offers a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and exactly the kind of people you’d want to meet at the front desk during your stay. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is delightful, adding a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself is spacious, modern, spotless, and well-kept, with a lovely sea view. Having stayed at various Mercure hotels across Europe, I can confidently say this one in Larnaca stands out as one of the best!

The hotel does not have its own parking, which can be a bit stressful as you’ll need to briefly block the street to unload your luggage before proceeding to one of the nearby public parking areas. While there are plenty of public parking options in the vicinity, finding a spot during peak hours can be challenging. Additionally, there’s no lobby bar, so don’t expect to enjoy a drink on one of the main streets before heading to bed. Lastly, the pool is not heated and is therefore closed during the winter months.

New and modern hotel. Room and facilities were clean. Nice variety at breakfast. The staff is friendly and nice, yet very professional. There is a small but nicely equipped gym, a cosy swimming pool. The hotel is not on the waterfront, as indicated by the name “city”, anyway the location is fine. Within a few minutes walk, you can reach the center and the various restaurants. Near the hotel there are many different kinds of shops, cafes and in two minutes walk you can reach the beach as well the bus stop for connection to/from airport, other cities and beaches. (Check carefully the stops and timetable on the way back from beaches to Larnaka. Bus system not very intuitive).

Newish hotel - everything is spotless and in excellent conditions. The hotel is centrally located - walkable to the main attractions and many cafes and restaurants. The breakfast looks great although I'm not into breakfasts and had to leave to the airport, before fully exploring it (the hotel also offers takeaway breakfast boxes).

The aircon didn't work properly and many of the touch controls were too fiddley (as a result the room felt stuffy at times) - i.e. over the top technology and modern design on account of usability.

Perfect location, nice and clean hotel, new and modern

The room was big and full with everything needed, and more (coffee machine, iron, 2 TVs, hair dryer, many towels and a bathrobe). It was clean, had a nice balcony and the staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was also great.

The isolation (in terms of sounds) isn't the best and when it's noisy outside it might get a little disturbing if you want to sleep. There was a bar at the other side of the street that was a bit noisy on our first night. But also important to mention that around midnight it got way more quiet (perhaps someone told them to shut up...)

An excellent hotel, we had a very good and clean room , with doors between two parts of the room , which makes it perfect for a bigger family 3+ people, all the facilities are perfect, suitable even for a good 4star hotel , not only 3star. I'm totally happy with this hotel

A bit noisy street, especially if your room on lower floors, a bit small bathroom, feel as if you need a bit more space between toilet and wash basin and shower, but these are minor things , overall it didn't create a big discomfort

Location is very good. Services also very good, clean room . good breakfast

We wanted to change our room after one night, because it was a bit noisy in its location. And they gave us a next day very good room and a better location. I would like to thank the service colleagues: Salmoi Stathis, Andrea, Stefanos and Marina who always asked us if we need any help and keep serving. And they were very friendly.

Clean room, staff and food very good. 24/7 gym, daily room cleaning. Clean towels and glass bottle water every day. Great location. Nice shower with very good pressure and hot water. Would stay there again.

Smart tv is not really smart. I couldn't even pair TV with the phone because of their software on top of smasungs one, so no netflix or Prime, youtube. Unrealiable WiFi disconnects often, not the fastest.

Very rich breakfast, lots of choice The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the beach, and the city center The employees are very nice and try to help, the maintenance manager Stefanio made an effort to solve the maintenance problems that resulted from the fact that the hotel is new

As I said, the hotel is new, opened a month and a half ago, so there are many faults that I attribute to growing pains. The "smart" features like lights and the chrome cast need work

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk for everything you need, whether it’s shops, restaurants, or attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and great service. I’ll definitely stay here again!
