Super friendly and polite staff, the owner responded immediately - easy contact via WhatsApp. Self check-in in the middle of the night - keys hidden in a code locker which was super easy and comfortable. Rooms equipped with everything you need, towels changed daily, rooms cleaned daily, water, coffee, kettle, slippers, mini cosmetics. Close to the seaside promenade and market.

Everything was fine except that all the windows of the building face one side - where is currently construction under the windows (Jan' 2025). Unfortunately, it is very noisy from early morning, even with the windows closed. It is not the owner's fault, but it was impossible to sit on the balcony or sleep, unless someone gets up after 5 am - because from that hour there was noise on the construction site.

Booking should advise in advance nobody there when you arrive so you will be advise by text how to find room and key especially when you arrive from a 12 hrs flight thanks

It was in a great location, near lots of shops/restaurants/sites and the beach. The accommodation was so well organised that it seemed they thought of everything possible: UK plug sockets in case people forgot adapters; hairdryers/irons; AC. The room was clean, spacious and the housekeeping were incredible - I had a plentiful supply of everything I needed: toilettries, coffee, towels and more!

Nothing - everything exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely stay again. I had slight trouble finding working tv channels, but it had youtube and other apps so I was all set!

Location is great, 10 mins maximum to the main spots to visit including the beach. The room was really spacious and the overall stay for us was perfect. The staff even left us two small wine bottles in the room upon check in to apologise for the ongoing constructions outside the property (which is beyond they control anyway!). We also had no noise problems whatsoever as a result of the construction work, considering we were away during the day and they stop in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

There was never anyone at the reception, but communication via WhatsApp was so good As a constructive suggestion, it would be ideal for guests to have some basic goods in the "kitchen": toaster, more dishes, a kitchen clothes, etc. (since cooking is not possible) Being so close to the beach, it would be great to have a simple clothesline on the terrace

The room was spacious, clean and up to date. Very nice furnished balcony. Two sets of curtains that block almost all the light, which was really nice. The location was conveniently close to a lot of services and the beach. Airconditioning worked well. Self check-in worked well and a small problem was fast resolved by the staff. Nice basic amenities in the bathroom, which are restocked in daily cleaning.

The kitchenette was rather poorly equipped with only a sink, a fridge, a kettle and a couple of cutleries, plates etc. No way to cook or even heat up anything (no stove or microwave), no cutting board, no proper knive etc. Also nothing to do the dishes with or wipe the countertop. There should be staff available daily until 5 pm, but they are sometimes really hard to reach. Thus, if you need something, contact them well in advance. "Luggage room" was an unlocked cleaning/laundry closet (and I had to "steal" my own bag as - despite informing the staff of the time when I need to pick it up - I was not able to reach anyone in time).

I haven't received the check-in instructions at all. I had to contact the property by WhatsApp, I was lucky that the staff was at the property and they helped. The shower cabinet was leaking and the bathroom was mostly almost flooded. Suggestion: It would be so nice if the rooms had something to hang wet towels on the balcony, as it is a seaside resort there are always lots of damp towels and swimsuits.

A great hotel - clean, spacious comfortable with all the required amenities. Rooms were cleaned and we were provided complimentary coffee/biscuits/water daily. Rooms are quite spacious and beds are big with a spacious 2-3 seater sofa. Balconies are also good to sit on too. Location is excellent as it's a 5-10min walk to Larnaca centre (St Lazarus church) without the busy/loudness of the main streets. There is no reception but you are given a text message with every and all the information you will need for your room and how to find/enter the hotel (a passkey is needed to open the front door and another code to access your room key from the locker boxes) - all in all very easy to do and very seamless experience to get your key and access your room!

TV in our room didn't seem to have channels available (although I think that was a one-off and we didnt care to use the TV much if at all) A microwave would be useful for warming up any snacks/food guests may have.

The location was in the heart of Larnaca center and few mins walk to the main beach street. The room was value for money and the cleaning stuff very good and polite.

The only thing that was a bit negative, but not the hotels fault, was the construction happening on the front street and the building across. But again this has nothing to do with Jimmy's Suites. If this construction finished it will be a perfect location to stay.

Great rooms, very clean and new, everything is proper and comfortable. Location is also very central, very close to the beach.

I had issues with the lockbox - I was given the wrong code and because I arrived at 1am, there was no one around to help me. Eventually another guest who had the correct code was able to help me. Ensure with Jimmy's Suites that the code they send you in the email is the correct code for the lockbox!!
