The location in Old Town Larnaca was perfect. On the edge of the hustle and bustle, so it was very quiet, yet central to the restaurants, beach and all that Larnaca has to offer. The rooms are adequate size and the beds were comfortable. Staff did everything to make you feel happy and welcome. The entire hotel is extremely clean and well cared for. The breakfast was AMAZING! I don't understand some of the reviews picking apart the breakfast, as it was larger and more diverse than any I've seen anywhere, and we've been to 55 different countries. There were no less than 25 different hot dishes, eggs cooked every way imaginable, a huge bread and pastry section, cereals, fruit, etc, etc, etc. How anyone could fault the breakfast, defies reason. Maybe a fake review or a very entitled and angry person. Bottom line is Leonardo Boutique Hotel is highly recommended.

Nothing really, it was a great stay.

I like the location. 5 min walk from Agios Lazaros and the sea, shops and restaurants are around the corner. The breakfast included a wide range of vegetarian warm food that was amazing! The bed was big and comfortable. The room was clean and has a balcony.

Would be nice to have a bidet in the bathroom.

We came with friends for a short and quiet vacation in Larnaca, and it was excellent. We know the hotel and are happy to return to it every time. The staff is simply excellent - excellent service with a smile. Especially Kostas, the service manager, who gives everyone a good feeling. The breakfast is delicious and large. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The elevators work well and quickly. The cafeteria in the hotel offers good cakes and delicious ice creams. The location is right in the old town and there are many shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to the beach. It provides everything we need.

The coffee in the machine wasn't really to our taste, but it didn't interfere with the enjoyment.

We are already regular customers of the hotel, returning there every few months because we are very satisfied. The hotel is located in the center of Larnaca, within walking distance of the city's attractions. The service at the hotel is excellent, all the employees make a great effort to respond to every request. If there is a problem, even a small one, they immediately take care of it. It is important for us to especially mention the hotel's service manager, Mr. Kostas, who is always there to serve the guests, always with a pleasant smile and a positive attitude. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a pleasant smell in the corridors. We feel at home there, cozy and fun. Of course we will come back.

We have no complaints, maybe just the option of a cafe latte at breakfast, not from a machine.

Newly refurbished hotel that was sunny and bright with nice art work and clean classy carpets. The room was so fresh and clean with A/C that actually worked and didn’t keep you awake at night with the noise of it working. Soap & shampoo was supplied in the bathroom along with a travel tooth brush & paste just in case you’ve forgotten your own.. I thought this was a nice touch. We had the rate which included breakfast and although the dining room was small it was never too overcrowded and always lots of food on offer which was topped up as soon as it got eaten. The staff were so friendly always said a cheery hello when we came in and asked how our day was or have a good day when we left. Attached to the hotel was a restaurant/ coffee shop called Second Cup which was accessible from the hotel and had chairs & tables with a canopy on to the street, again the waitress was always lovely. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again if we travel to Larnaca as it’s just a short stroll to the shops and beach but far enough away to not get the noise from the night life.

We had a few teething problems as our safe was broken and could be repaired while we were there but it did feel like the hotel was quite safe as reception was small and there was always someone there looking to see who was coming in and out. Second small problem was the ‘ clean my room ‘ indicator was stuck on do not enter so the first day we came back to our room as we’d left it with no clean towels they offered to send someone up then to clean but we just had fresh towels. Just a few minor things that certainly didn’t stop us enjoying our break or wouldn’t stop us from staying at the Leonardo Boutique hotel again.

Regarding the things I liked, first and foremost, it was the staff, both at the hotel and in the cafeteria. They were very attentive and always did their best to fulfill any request. Second, aside from a small amount of noise when people passed through the corridor near our room, the rooms were very quiet. Third, I must mention that the hotel is exceptionally clean.

The breakfast food was generally not hot enough, unless you happen to catch the staff as they bring it directly from the kitchen. The breakfast area is quite small, which can lead to overcrowding during peak hours. The location is central, but next time, I would prefer a beachfront location, as it seems livelier. Please note, my visit was during the winter, so the experience may differ during the peak season. The rooms and the hotel were clean overall, but they didn’t quite match the photos. It seems like the hotel was renovated some time ago.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, you feel calm, relaxed and at peace exactly how you should feel when on holiday. It smells clean & the reception area is spotless. We had a refreshing drink and delicious greek delicacies at reception. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The staff made us feel at home and at ease, it felt like a home from home. We love coming back to Leonardo year after year. We see the same staff and it makes you feel very comfortable. George at reception was very helpful and couldn’t do any more for us, he went above and beyond to accommodate us with an extra bed for my teenage daughter. Costa from the guest relations was so friendly and also went out of his way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His personality shines through, always welcomes you with a smile and a good morning or evening. I was by myself with my daughter and Costa helped me with my luggage and made me feel very safe and secure at the hotel being a single mum. The gym was the perfect size for us, Breakfast felt so relaxed and luxurious at the same time, amazing food. Our room was spotless and clean exactly what you want in a hotel. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our day memorable. We can’t wait to return next year. Fanoulla x

There is nothing we dislike about the hotel.

I like the welcome by the front desk Gorge was really nice and helpful actually also the most of the people by the front desk except one lady that I will not write jer name just will say that she almost make us to forget from this hotel ..she needs to know what does it mean service and that she is the face to the hotel. It was perfect that Costa arrived and changed the all miss understanding He try to do his best and I want to give him a big commitments for his great behavior and to say that he made me/us to introduce your hotel in a big pleasure And as a person that travels the world and have influence on people Be sure people we will come. You needs more people like Costa

I didn't like the fact that they told me one thing and it unfortunately was different And build difficult issues I didn't like that a lady by the reception aloud herself to talk about us with the other person by the reception while we are affront of her. We should not say that what ever she said wasn't the reality.

I enjoyed our 1 night at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca very much! I travelled with my friend. Our room was very clean and quiet, and even though we chose the City View room, it was not noisy at all. I want to point out the fantastic help we received from our kind receptionist who made us feel very welcome, helped us to get a plug converter and helped us book a taxi for departure. Thank you so much, you made us feel like we want to come back! The location is also very good, we reached it easily with the bus from the airport and were able to reach the beach after a short walk. The breakfast had a good variety :)

We did ask for a airport pickup but unfortunately we did not receive a confirmation before our arrival. So we came to the hotel by bus.

New and elegant hotel with big rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Welcome drinks. You can ask towels to the beach. The private jakuzzi is big.
