First of all, George, the host, was amazing! Everything was outstanding! The location is probably the best you could wish for: just 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and functional, with two huge balconies. We will definitely come back 100%! Larnaca, as always, is probably the best warm getaway in January from Europe. Top value for money!

The only issue was the fridge, a new one, LG – the fresh section didn’t cool at all, even though it was new and set to maximum. Only the freezer was working. We didn’t mind because we stayed for only three days.

The 2 BR 2.5 bathroom apartment faced the beachfront at Finnicoudes in Larnaka. It is a very spacious apartment, well appointed, and just like the online photos. The Festival of the Flood was ongoing. The whole area was bustling until late into the evening. Dozens of restaurant cafes and shops surrounded the apartment. The air-conditioning was wonderful. ( It was an unusually hot week). George, the property manager, was extremely accommodating. He provided everything from laundry detergent to figuring out the TV. If you like to vacation in the center of everything, this apartment is ideal.

Everything was as promised. The doors and windows were well insulated, but the street noise (no car traffic at night) was loud

I had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite Plaza! The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the kitchenware I needed. The large bathroom was pristine, and having a washing machine was such a convenient bonus. The location couldn’t be better—right on Finikoudes coastal road, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, local markets, and, of course, the beach for swimming. A big thank you to George for his warm hospitality and accommodating my early check-in request. Everything about my stay was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for a perfect stay in Larnaca.

The only small improvement I could suggest would be adding a dishwasher to the studio,it would be a great touch!

The size. The bathrooms. The view. A very luxurious apartment.

No coffee maker which was disappointing. No dishwasher tablets (the previous occupant had left dirty crockery in the dishwasher - supplying a few tablets would have prevented this - we did the same). No washing machine detergent. No supplies at all except washing up liquid. This was a surprise because the previous ( much cheaper) 4 places supplied a minimum of tea, coffee, water and some quite a bit more. We didn't expect this but had got used to it so were surprised that such a luxurious place didn't provide anything. Also ( again not expected) beach towels would be welcome in such a place. Finally, specific details beforehand about parking would have been useful ( there is a 24 hour car park next door which we found by chance)

The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. Georgi is a very kind and responsive host. You can trust his advice completely. I would happily visit again and recommend to my friends.

When booking, make sure in advance that you reserve an apartment with a sea view. Our apartment faced a backyard, but we were satisfied nonetheless. The beds are quite hard and it would be nice to have more than 1 pillow per person.

This is definitely 10 plus ➕️ score Aphrodite Plaza is fabulous property. Highly recommend to everyone . Clean , new apartment Perfect location , everything is right there . Everything was perfectly fine

Location is great, apartment was very comfy and spacious, clean and nice. Host was of great help, very friendly and supportive, especially since we needed to leave our luggage before check-in time.

Maybe a few consumables in the kitchen would help, like salt, sugar, a bit of coffee, napkins, a bottle of water, shower gel and some detergent, small things that everyone needs, but you can't buy in small quantities, and you don't always find a store to buy from immediately after arrival.

The place was centrical. It was a few minutes from the centre. The room was clean and bed were comfortable. Pillow was a bit fluffy but we asked for another couple of more people and they kindly offered us. We slept well. The place is quite and nice for resting The owner is quite kind and friendly.

It was a bit pricey I think for being low season. My friend decided to book it and accepted without looking further and I did not notice. I know it is near beach but I searched after for curiosity and there were apartments near beach too for lower prices. We decided to go ahead as it was already booked. Everything else was quite good. We were happy during our stay
