Location, host, facilities in the facility. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, right behind the Church of Saint Lazarus. The beach, restaurants and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has all necessary equipment for a short stay: ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine. Bed linen and towels are changed on the third day. The bathroom is spacious and clean. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

The location couldn´t be better, just behind the church, on quiet street, the appartment was spacious, clean, very comfortable with well equipped kitchen (even with washing machine). There is a nice pleasant inner yard with seatings in front of each room + sun beds on the roof.. There was an easy possibility to store luggage after check out.

My room was on the ground floor, so there were occasional people on the street passing my windows, which felt a little bit strange.

Really good wifi! I teach online and it was fast and reliable. The kitchen was great and there was a washing machine and clothes rack. Everything you could need was in this little room. A great location near lovely cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. If I had the budget for it I would have stayed for longer.

The toilet smelled a bit like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Thankfully the room was equipped with a cleaning spray so I could clean it to my standard. The shower head didn’t stay up but I tied some cotton around it and then everything was great.

Excellent location! Close to beach, restaurants and the bus station but still very quiet.. Studio opens to a nice courtyard with seating, great for morning coffee. Very close to the lovely St Lazaros church, and the promenade. Arrived late at night, but the owner made check safe and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

Could not find the switch for the bathroom fan, after shower the bathroom was hot and humid. Not a major problem though.

This is a very cozy house. It is located behind the church of St. Lazarus, 3 minutes from the sea. And 2 minutes on the courts. It is close to everything. Inside the house there is everything a person needs. When I come to Larnaca, I will not consider another house, as we were very comfortable. I recommend to everyone who comes to Larnaca, you will be very pleased. *******

The Location was great. Very central but quiet. The room was in an old fashioned house but very well renovated and comfortable. All other guests were nice and silent. The cleaning staff was kind and caring

The first room which we got was smelling with a smoke of cigarettes and there were water damages on the roof. We had a late self check in so there was no chance to solve that issue on time. Therefore we could clearify this issue only on the next day with the owners. They were very responsible and changed our room very quickly

The apartments was chosen in advance and did not regret at all! We rested with the wife. Our stay was wonderful: 25 Sept – 25 Oct 2023. The apartments is located in the city center, just behind St. Lazaros temple, Quiet street - comfortable sleep. 10 min afoot to the city beach. Positive impressions of everything: responsive, attentive staff, cleanliness, the presence of everything necessary in the room, home atmosphere. Available a kitchen with dishes, fridge, microwave, teapot. Bathroom has washing accessories. Tickets for excursions were also purchased with the help of administrators, which was very convenient for us. Already recommended the apartments to many of our friends. On the next visit we will dwell only here! Thanks to the apartments employees!

The location is great - near the beach and relatively quiet. It is not a large property and tends to attract quiet guests. The room sizes are decent, and our unit (101) had high ceilings and a comfortable patio. The refrigerator and air conditioners worked well and quietly. The cooking facilities were good and I was happy to see steel pots, a good variety of cooking tools, stainless utensils, china for flatware and mugs and glasses that were china or glass - not plastic. The wifi was great all three days! The management is helpful and friendly

The place seems a little “run down” since my last stay in 2019. A fresh coat of paint, plants better cared for, and more cleaning of outside places would make things seem fresher. A few decorative pillows and the couch cover were worn and unappealing though the bed linens and spread were clean and fresh. The couch we needed for a second bed did open but was lumpy and boards could be felt. We put three cold weather blankets on top to make it tolerable. It would have been nice to have some water waiting for us (as was done in the past.) It would also be nice if a street map and a few places of interest were provided. I know that the internet makes travel very easy in many ways, but local advice and recommendations are always nice.

The studio was very clean. All furniture & electrical in working condition. Very quiet & convenient studios situated in the heart of coffee shops/mini markets/shopping/restaurants & beach. The owner always responds within 24hrs to any questions you have. I highly recommend this place & definitely will stay again (I'm a regular visitor I'm Cyprus).

Everything was great, the location, in the city center and 5 minutes walk to the hotel. We arrived at 2 am, and easily entered our room, the instructions were very clear. The room was clean, with all necessary amenities to have a great stay. Overall, we had a great holiday.
