I enjoyed staying at this hotel, from check-in to check-out. Everything was great: friendly staff, apartment with everything you need, daily housekeeping, rooftop chill-out area. In the apartment, there were lovely furniture, decorations, pleasant colors, and a special branded scent in every towel or soap)) We were offered 3 different options for breakfast – and I found it better than the buffet choices in ordinary hotels. I fell in love with this hotel line and hope to find it in every town where I'd have a vacation. Finikoudes beach is closer to the hotel (10 min walk), but is slightly worse than the more distant beaches (Kastella or Mackenzie) (20 min walk) which is better in my opinion. But if you choose the breakfast option at the other LIV hotel, which is just beside the better beaches, the distance won't be a problem - the hotel offers a transfer.

We were very happy at Liv. It wouldn't perhaps be for everyone but we enjoyed staying in an area where the local population live and not down on the sea front. Only 8-10 mins to walk to the local restaurants and seafront so not a problem. The staff were helpful and friendly. They were happy to sort out any queries straight away. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness. Bedding was changed very regularly as well as towels. The small kitchen was kept stocked up with water and coffee. I did like having a Nespresso machine to use.

We would perhaps have liked a toaster but I don't think toast is a thing in Cyprus and it wasn't really a problem.

It could have been a bit cheaper but that's not necessarily a negative point

The room was very nice more like a studio apartment, the balcony is huge probably bigger than the apartment, there's a Nespresso coffee machine and capsule,a fridge a small induction stove basically a mini kitchen,the staff is very nice and helpful.

The location is not the best , there's not much around but the old city is in a Walkable range , The hot water takes a while to appear, we had turn on a boost or a heater for about 20 min, the breakfast situation is also not ideal,you have the option to take a shuttle to another hotel that serves breakfast but we came in at a busy time it took an hour to get an avocado toast and coffee, they were clearly under satffed

We had a lovely stay myself and my partner. The rooms were clean and everything new, the pool up was small but we didnt make use of it. Location is great. The reception team was so lovely.

For the price though, I expected more than one extra pillow but my mistake as i didnt ask. The only minor was room 102 was very dark with a Massive balcony covered so not the best view.

The suit we got was beautiful, nice and comfortable furniture and comfortable shower and bath room. There were enough cupboards and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great 8 min drive from airport and five minutes walk from city center and beach. And yet very quiet no noise from the bars and restaurants.

The hotel was great, lovely staff who were helpful and location was good, very peaceful, 10min walk from Finkoudous beach. has a supermarket nearby with most of the restaurant around a 10min walk away. Wi-Fi and AC worked great. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend it. TVs had screen mirroring so could mirror my phone. has a nice little rooftop pool and room had a lovely balcony. Loved this place! Amazing interior design, very spacious, free washer/ dryer, lots of parking and exceptionally welcoming & kind ladies at reception. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! Super clean ( not easy to find in Cyprus), furniture brand new, black out curtains in order for you to sleep great, large and comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great, overall a great experience. We will come back definitely!
