Breakfast N/A. The apartment was a lovely size, opposite the hotel which was a nice, homely and comfortable hotel, but it was very quiet when I was there. The hotel is situated in a nice little quiet side street just off a few main roads.

I was disappointed that my balcony hardly got the sun even though there were not many people staying there at the moment. It was a little bit further out of Larnaca than I hoped but I soon got used with it and there is a good bus service (424 or 425) about 10 minutes away. I was also disappointed that it was difficult to get down to the seaside as the land nearest the hotel belonged to the Larnaca Harbour or it was fenced off for land of the future so you had to walk a little way either way, to get down to the seaside.

The room was spacious and air-conditioned. There is a functional kitchen with a big fridge. The bed was made, and the towels exchanged for clean ones while we were out . The balcony was great to have. Parking was provided under the hotel in a garage. The staff was kind. Overall, good value for the money.

The beds weren't too comfortable and there were some essentials missing from the kitchen (there was only one spoon, no dish soap). We didn't ask for the things though, so it probably would've been provided.

There were no cattle, no spoon , no cups and it was uncomfortable, because we wanted to drink coffee. There was no drainage in the bathroom outside tub water flooded the floor. In the photos, the sea is shown but it is very far from the beach, you need to walk about 30 minutes to get to the beach. There were no buses, because of the bus strike and you should have rented a car or walk .

Staff were delightful, the location was quiet and a nice walk to the centre and beach. The supermarket and gym next door was wonderfully convenient. I had an early flight and ordering transport for the early hours was splendid. The apartment itself had everything you need for an apartment and the room service perks of a hotel.

A few more wall sockets, I bought a multi plug and that solved that. Freezer did leak water onto food in the fridge but very minor fault.

Contrary to a lot of reviews here about this property, my experience was pretty good. For starters, my ‘studio’ was in the building opposite the hotel. The lady at the reception said this was actually good because I could control the temperature in my room. If you are staying in the actual hotel building, it’s a centrally-controlled temp setting (which is weird). Apartment had a balcony, a kitchenette and a fridge. A tv too. And of course, a washroom. Overall, a good stay!

Bus stop to/from the airport (bus number 25) is a 10 mins walk which can seem a lot on hot summer days.

the place is old and not modern BUT it's extremely clean and in a good shape. for a low price you get a whole place for yourself- a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. 25 minutes by walk to the city center (or you can take a bus- bus stop nearby the hotel), 10 minutes by walk to lidl. very kind and friendly stuff. beds are very hard (I liked it)

too cold in March, AC is not enough to keep the place warm. breakfast is a joke ;) depends on the stuff you get 1-2 slices of: ham, cheese and halumi, an egg, 4 cherry tomatoes and 4 olive oils + drink. for this price you can fill your stomach in for example Zorbas bakery where you can buy a full meal. no travel european adapters, you can buy one at reception for 3 eur

Romantic reception area ! Amazing swimming pool but no direct access for a wheelchair. Studio with balcony quite spacious property. Staff and domestics staff very pleasant. Residential area quiet.

Location near Larnaca Port = a twenty minute walk along busy Makarios Ave. going to beach and town or by the 425 airport bus. Close to Lidl supermarkt and some convenience stores and cafes.

Nice friendly staff, the room is exactly what we expected. There is a simple but nice pool on the rooftop. I put location this only because you definitely need a car if you want to move around as the public transport is not so good around.

The only thing was negative that every morning the cleaning service knocked the door at 9 or 10 am. We were still sleeping, resting and they did not stop knocking until we open the door. It was kind of annoying, we told them previous times we do not need cleaning as we were not even in the apartment all day, we literally used it only for sleep at night and leave the morning. The cleaning for the rooms should be organized after breakfast or after 12 so guests can rest all morning if they wish to.

Spacious studio, with long balcony and city view. Nice kitchen with bar plots and comfortable sofa. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. The options for late check-in and late check-out are also very nice in case of late flights.

Little bit away of the center, but on calm and quiet place.

The personnel was exceptional. they were very polite and servable. The room was enough being and the room service was regular and good. The hotel's surroundings are quiet and there is no noise either in the evening or during the day, so you can sleep as long as you wish.

The hotel is more than 1.5 km away from the nearest beach. So, it is suitable for people with a car (who knows how to drive in Cyprus). A bus station is about 0.5km away from the hotel. As mentioned, the room was good, except for the blankets, which were not new, they looked dirty and had holes within. Also, the kitchen facilities are not clean, so if you do not want to cook (as we did not), it is not such a big issue.
