I had a wonderful time relaxing beside the sea as a solo and woman traveller. Andreas and Maria were extremely friendly and helpful. The flat was impeccably clean and the view from the balcony lovely. The property was safe and secure. There was plenty of parking. There was a bus stop nearby the property, which I assume meant that non-drivers could access Limassol easily, but I did not see any buses stop there during the Xmas season.

The bed was little uncomfortable. I would have liked to be within walking distance of a shop or other restaurants but was still able to use my rented car to get into Limassol for food shopping, sightseeing and restaurants.

The rooms are on the first floor of the novel apartment. Facilities were more than enough for us. (microwave, water heater, toaster) Great view of the sea and to the right, the rocky shore. The owner and staff are also very nice and helpful. In the evening we received a gift melon or pudding and bottled water. Dinner can be enjoyed comfortably in the evening on the spacious balcony.At 8 p.m. there is complete silence - the restaurant closes, you can relax in peace. The sandy, slowly deepening beach is almost empty on weekdays - despite the high season - and full on weekends, but you can get a sun bed in the morning. We had lunch every day in the restaurant of the apartment house. We got huge and tasty portions. Overall, despite the "flaws" listed below, it is possible to have a good holiday here.

-Unfortunately there is an industrial estate to the left of the accommodation, it is not very attractive during the day, but at night it is quite decorative due to the many lamps. Every day, for several hours, a strong hammer-like noise is heard from the plant. - By 8-9 in the morning, the sun shines on the balcony, there is no sun shade, you cannot have breakfast outside. -There is no minimarket in the area, only about 5km away. Since we didn't rent a car, this was a problem, although the owner offered to take us to the supermarket for free. - There were 2 cleanings per week, which turned out to be quite a bit due to the sand. Unfortunately, there is no cleaning equipment in the apartment.

An amazing beach is 1 minute walk from the hotel. Quietness of the area, and the front sea view from our room were excellent. The room was space and met all our expectations. The owner was very kind and helpful in our situation (we have stuck in Cyprus waiting for the flight back), so we felt as at home all three days of our stay.

The beautiful scenic seaview from the apartment room & balcony. And there’s a private beach down the cliffs. The manager is very kind and friendly. He made our stay at the apartment like a home away from home. It has a restaurant downstairs also with the breathtaking seaview and we had seafood dishes for lunchtimes and they were so fresh and delicious.

Great location on the seashore. Spacious, bright comfortable rooms with big balcony. Wonderful sea view. Very helpful staff. Great restaurant downstairs with very tasty food, fresh fish and excellent service. Andreas is a wonderful host. Andreas and the staff tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The beach is amazing. We enjoyed to swim early morning when it was quiet like a private beach. Apartment looks like as on the photos. The owner and the staff are friendly and approachable. Breakfast was delicious.

We spent an extremely nice vacation. I can only speak in superlative about the accommodation and staff! The family hotel is located next to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas in a very quiet location. From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the sea, which offers exceptional sunrises and sunsets. The room is cozy, clean and nicely furnished. The owners speak excellent English, are very friendly and always ready to help, as are the rest of the staff. The traditional Greek breakfasts they prepared were very tasty, I will miss them a lot. The location of the accommodation is very good, as it is located directly next to the highway and you can easily reach both the southern and northern parts of the island by car.

I really enjoyed my stay at Governors Beach Panayiotis. The apartment was clean, close to the beach, with a nice sea view. The host was friendly and helpful. The Governors Beach area is a gem for those who don't need the rush of large beach resorts - it was not crowded (during my stay in June), several smaller beaches were divided by rock formations but connected through the sea, with restaurants and bars in the area. Even though the area is quite remote, it is still close to the highway and reachable also by public bus in the summer season.

Andreas was a fantastic host, the location of the property to the beach and in between main cities was perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this accommodation.

Andrea and his staff were unbelievable they have answered everything we asked for. the restaurant and the room service was much more then we expected. governor's beach is spectacular. we hope to visit again soon.
