We absolutely loved Elya Beach Suites. The suite is absolutely spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it has complete amenities, even for long stays. Pavlos, the on-site manager, is very friendly and helpful. There is a private beach in front of the property where you can chill, and a beach volleyball area if you want to play with friends. The closest town is 8 minutes' drive away by car, it has some tavernas with very friendly locals, and a big supermarket is only 15 minutes away. If we could rate it 11 out of 10, we would.

Absolutely nothing!

I never say this lightly, but I genuinely want to return to this place. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers, and stunning view at the sea. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s rare to find such a combination of beauty and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The view from every apartament is amazing as all of them are facing sea. If you want to wake up early - there are most beautiful sunrises to watch. If you are a late sleeper - don’t worry, there are black out curtains in rooms. Everything is in the apartment- towels, beach towels, hand towels, toaster, oven, air conditioning, TV, washing machine. We also got a cot for our baby. There is a nice pool and a private beach for those preferring sea experience. We were here in October (13-22 Oct) and water was still very warm for swimming. Location is great - you don’t have thousands of people walking around, no loud music, no shops selling tourist crap. It’s very relaxed, quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the middle of the island, so trip to all highlights of Cyprus is max 2 hours drive. Trodos mountains and winery - 1 hour. Agia Napa - 1 hour. Historical ruins - 1 hour. There is a basic taverna 5 minutes of walking from the apartment and better ones within 15/20 min drive. Fully equipped supermarket is 10 min drive. We will be coming back and we already recommended this place to our friends - definitely best choice in Cyprus 👌

Great place to stay, highly recommended! We stayed in the villa #2, 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 big lavatory) and 1 bedroom on the second floor with walk in lavatory. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay, water pressure in the showers is high, a lot of towels were provided. The place is spotless clean. The beach is private and well maintained, the swimming pool was very clean ) And it was so pleasant to walk on the green grass ) The swings were my favorite place to relax (in the shadow and next to the big tree on dates) Amazing view from the house on the sea (sunrises were marvelous!) Pavlos is an amazing host!

Great villa very well equipped.. Swimming pool was great as well (excellent water temperature and shape). Very calm and quiet, and beautiful sea side view. There are a couple of very nice restaurants nearby. We recommend the place!!

The beach itself is not very pleasant because of big amount of sea weeds.

We loved this place so much! Pavlos was the best host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. To watch the sunrise from the room while drinking coffee was so beautiful. The pool and beach is located a few meters from the apartments. There are only 9 units which makes this place very private and family friendly. The pool had the perfect temperature to just relax and hang out. The garden is well maintained and we ate dates directly from the trees as they just got ripe. For our family it was the most dreamy location.

We stayed at these apartments with our children and had an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect – right by the sea with a beautiful small beach and a lovely pool. It was quiet and peaceful, with very few people around, making it ideal for relaxation. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. It’s a perfect spot for families looking for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

We loved everything. Paulos the host made our stay perfect. Beautiful clean villas with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made- perfect for families. We loved it so much and so did our kids.

Few minutes drive from the supermarket so stack up in advance… So you can have a meal by the sea view. :)

Beautiful and well-maintained place, spacious and clean. The owner, Pavlos, is nice, available and responsive to requests. Amazing view! A supermarket is 15 minutes away, and a variety of taverns are 10 minutes away.

The descent to the beach is less regulated.
