The rooms are spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable but above all every room has a spectacular sea view. The airport is a 10 min drive away so you will hear the aircraft’s coming in to land if you have the patio door open but this adds to the surreal experience and as a light sleeper I have never had any issues with noise. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and would not consider staying nowhere else.

There is absolutely nothing I don’t like about this hotel. There could be some improvement on breakfast (it’s always a cold) and the rooms could do with minimal maintenance (new seal around shower tray) to ensure the high standard remains

The staff went out of their way to help us. We booked last minute, arrived towards midnight for an unplanned trip. The late night receptionist was exceptionally nice, helped us, gave us electrical connectors and was. Dry pleasant despite the late hour. Breakfast was incredible and a large variety. Aside from the normal Western type cooked meal there were also fresh vegetables, fried Haloomi cheese, fresh Greek yogurts, fresh fruit. All with the gorgeous beach at the background. It is not in the middle of the city which is great as it gives the property a vacation feel.

The quality of the bath towels could have been better as they were a bit thin & hard Some of the outdoor tables were a bit grubby. There’s a ramp for wheelchair users to get to the beach but to get onto the ramp there’s a step so a smaller ramp there would be beneficial for a wheelchair user A dustbin at the beach would be very useful

lovely location on the beach, bright clean rooms, kind and eager to help staff, not very far from the city centre on a lovely pedestrianised allee and with a separate bicycle pathway also, lovely cafes and restos around.Mackenzie beach is also a spotter's paradise for those who like to watch the planes coming to land..There is a whole separate world of cafes-beach restaurants-kids playground area on Mackenzie that opens up during the summer season

There's nothing i didn't like

It was wonderfull stay, the hotel is clean, modern, well equiped. The stuff was always helpful and kind. The breakfeast was also very good - we could choose from plenty of various food, eggs, pankcakes, vegetable, fruit. The hotel is not far away from the airport and city center and main promenade of Larnaca. I liked all the detailes - flowers, palms, the chairs on the terrace. We would definitely like to come back again.

Lovely small and friendly hotel right on the beach. Perfect for my stay. Rooms were cleaned every day. I was given a complimentary bottle of water each day too, very useful to help keep hydrated!

Not a big problem, but slightly disappointed that the restaurant was not open but I understood that it was before their season started and there were plenty of options close by to eat at. The reason I was disappointed was that I had eaten there in the past and the food was really good. It's a reason for me to visit again 😀

The room was good with a fantastic view and a great location. Breakfast was good, especially sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air and great view

Didn't like is not quite what I would recommend. I think the staff could be more proactive and ask people using the facilities whether they need a drink or a snack. Once on the beach, get no attention from staff members.

Very nice small hotel with a little own beach and a good restaurant. Very clean. Friendly staff. A lot of parking across the road. Good a/c and wifi. Good location - close to a local party zone and airport but not noisy.

The juice machine at breakfast is a joke. It does not dispense the juices, but some sort of fruit aroma water. No place to seat and work in the room.. The room and wardrobe will be really small for two people staying for a longer time. The hotel beach is popular with the locals and I am not sure how the hotel would manage the guests if they all wanna get a sun bed an umbrella. No a/c in the lift, restaurant and reception area .

+ bit of a long walk into town, a good 20 - 30 mins + tired furniture in restaurant...dirty seat cushions. Need to update the restaurant furniture

The room was comfortable, clean, and had a sea view. The mattress was comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was poor. There were not enough options for everyone. As someone who fasts, I could only eat bread with jam or fruit. There were very few sweet options—only cake and butter croissants. That's why I believe it wasn't value for money.
