Very nice hotel, very welcoming staff that cares about the guests. I had a little issue with cleaning but the staff took care of it immediately - you can feel that they care about the guests. The hotel is located near the beach, has a lovely restaurant and spa center.

Would highly recommend! We weren’t sure what to expect from LIV Makenzy as it was our first time stay. We absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and informative and there was 24/7 reception staff. The apartment we chose was perfect and had great storage and lots of space to work as well as relax. Loved the wrap around balcony. This was a perfect location to enjoy morning beach walks and swims, as well as access into Larnaca and the Finikoudes promenade. An extra bonus was the LIV Simple Deli which had fabulous coffees, breakfasts and snacks using locally sourced produce. We’ll be back.

The room was really big, comfortable and really spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady came every day which was perfect. The guys at the reception were all very nice and friendly. Early check-in was possible and that was great for us!

The view could have been nicer, the room had two balconies but both above very noisy streets, especially in the morning. The cleaning lady sometimes left the AC on, I think that was unnecessary, the room should be left in the same condition in which we left it. The staff at the restaurant was very slow and weird... The room lacks a desk. That would have been perfect for longer stays.

The room was perfect. The staff so so friendly. Hot and powerful shower. Iron, iron board, hairdryer in room. Even some cute chocolate! Everything was shown clearly to me by Savvas. The entire team were just so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was BRILLIANT- only down side was I realised about it too late . The spa was also fabulous and I loved every moment. I will be back for sure and it’s not often that I will say that.

Only thing which could improve even more would be access to a swimming pool.

Imagine breakfast overlooking the sea, in the rays of the sun and the sound of the waves. Imagine a set of 10 delicacies, dips, sauces, jams, accompanied by warm, craft bread, on the table. You drink good coffee or hand-squeezed juice and plan what to see in the area today. You are 20 meters from the beach, a 10-15 minute walk to a great restaurant and about 25 minutes to the old part of the district. And now you can stop dreaming, because all this is at your fingertips in this boutique hotel. I recommend it with all my heart!

There could be a second bedside table in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right across from Mackenzie Beach, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The accommodation is very clean, with a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped with quality materials. I particularly enjoyed the terrace.

My husband would have appreciated if there was a pool for all guests to use. The pool shown in the pictures is exclusive to the penthouse apartment.

A beautifully designed butique suites hotel, in a great location in Larnaca, right on the shore strip line and very close to Larnaca airport. Many good restaurants close by. Room was spotless, with comfortable beds, equipped kitchennete with a good size refrigerator. Nespresso coffee machine. We reserved a room without breakfast and in the end had a very good and healthy a la cart breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Just minor things... The shower room in our studio felt a bit small. To enter the shower felt as if the space/ angle was too narrow. The hotel was fully booked therefore, they couldn't approve our late checkout request. We were offered to clean up before our late flight in the outside shower. The shower outside the hotel is not private and there was no proper dressing room. Still... we had a great time 👍

I highly recommend this aparthotel. The location is exceptional, the apartments are comfortable, there is coffee, tea, a hairdryer with all the necessary accessories. Excellent attention from the reception staff. A very good and comfortable heating system is installed throughout the hotel - we visited for New Year's and it was relevant. We visited for a whole week - we really liked everything. We would love to come back.
