The welcome was underwhelming… Nobody took care of us (arrived in a rental car not a tour bus), no welcome drink, catastrophic sluggish computer system, after having asked explicitly, we were told to leave the luggage outside (in the rain with nobody there at all). Hope the next days shall show some improvement… … mixed feelings continued. Location and the facilities are superb. You just need to be aware that the club is in the middle of nowhere - hard to escape for some alternative entertainment, especially at night. Food is average - our experience was mainly lukewarm and a bit chewy. But also some highlights - just follow your taste. Sports offerings are on the plus side - wide variety and sound instructors. Same goes for the Sauna, in- as well as outdoor pools. Very enjoyable. Struggles I had with the double standards. Some 30 people in the spinning class had to suffer through room volume due to some ‚conference’ next door at 4pm. 2 days later the outdoor party (for about the same amount of people…) boomed through the night entertaining all guests up for a rest. If you are up for activity focused vacation at reasonable prices in spring or autumn time could be an option.

Wonderful beach, with great nautical sport offer and yoga offer. Very large resort which offers the feeling of space and no crowd.

Nothing in particular. May be yoga and some fitness activities should be proposed earlier, at 7AM to benefit of the still cool weather.

Overall a good Robinson Club with modern rooms. The whole club was well-maintained. Great sports offering and well-equipped gym. Plenty of sunbeds at the beach and pool available.

Overall the food was good, however there are Robinson clubs with a better selection. Also, the presentation of the food, especially for the desserts, could be revised. Friendliness of some of the staff members can be improved.

Wonderful sand beach, great theme diners, many activities for everyone

May be to pay extra for drinks outside the restaurants Althing it is an all inclusive hotel.

I totally recommend Robinson, for the food, cleaning, rooms, view, hospitality.

The programs were mainly in german even if the staff speak english very well.

Excellent F & B throughout the resort. Location to the sea Friendly and service minded staff Breeze bar in the afternoon listening to music and drinking wine.

Wi Fi was horrible! Most information was in German so for non German speaking clients it made it hard to understand. More English information would have been helpful The app didn’t work well for tennis bookings.

Great beach, very nice food offerings

Some small things can be done better - like the toilet door was not possible to close because of technical reasons

Nice breeze kept us cool and helped with sailing, great gardens very well kept , newly refurbished rooms was very comfy

Availability of drinks and ice during the day was very limited , during dinner no ice was available should be plentiful in hot temps for sure

One of the best hotel I have been in, the rooms and shower was perfect, the pool and pool area was great. service and kindness beyond expectations thank you

The house keeping lady says she could not refill the coffee capsules and its just for one time well ..

Amazing hotel, food was delicious, the pool water, the rooms size, the service, the pool bar and beach bar was fantastic. 100% all area.
