> very annoying three-time-beep at entrance from security gate. We had appt number 301 (right across the gate) and continuously heard the gate beep when somebody or a car enters the port. We managed to cope and it didnt keep us up, but would have been a more convenient stay without the beeping.. > lighting in the apt is teribble, please switch balls to softer and more romantic setting. (But seems to be allover cyprus like that). This was full focus and hard lighting. > just 1x cleaning in 12 days. Ants will attack anything if not kept clean, they were even in our closet. Kept me busy... > not much variety in menu > beach was a mess, but again we were in lowseason and it was not kept. Not sure what it looks like in high season. > beds not equally good

Excellent choice for our family gathering! We were 12 people (grandparents, children and grandchildren ) and we had 2 apartments which were exactly what we needed . Everything was super clean and brand new, very well maintained and equipped (huge wardrobes in every room, laundry machine and dishwasher in the kitchen , door to separate between the living room and the bedrooms, comfy beds, many good toiletries) . The apartments were Very close to the pool (and the beach too), bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool was very cold even though it was warm and sunny outside. would be nice if it was heated a bit, but it was still nice to sit around it.

The swimming pool was superb for the kids and was definitely the highlight. The apartment was cozy and spacious, the beach was a 1 minute walk. The food was also really good at the snack bar with generous portions, but they also drove us for free to a nearby restaurant.

There was a rocky strip along the beach shore that was just a few meters wide, but it was enough to make entering the water just a bit more difficult, especially for small kids, so they ended up spending 95% of their time in the pool. But this was just a small niggle, since the pool area was really nice.

Great hotel beach, just a couple of minutes walk from the room. beautiful clean and really nice, including some watersports options (for additional cost) Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice pool, great for playing but not big enough to swim in. Getting anywhere is a drive. Larnaca is 20 minutes away and you need to drive for at least 10 minutes to go buy anything, but the place itself was lovely and absolutely worth it.

The Gym was a little disappointing. just one running machine facing the wall, Some weights and one other broken machine.

Atlantis Gardens was such a lovely resort for a warm sunny week in April. The family friendly pool (with lifeguard!) and excellent beach at the back of the resort were exactly what we wanted. We were out of holiday season, so it was also nice and quiet. As requested our two families were placed in adjoining ground floor apartments, which were spacious with had lovely outdoor veranda and garden. Staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly and the snack bar (with a friendly chef) was great for breakfast, lunch and evening meals when we fancied it. The nearby Camel Park (essentially an adventure playground with a small zoo and camels to ride) was also a top day out for the kids.

There was very little to dislike! It's a little isolated and you 100% need to hire a car to stay here. Plus the calamari in the snack bar would be nicer if it was fresh rather than the frozen rubbery type!

The stuff at the snack bar is good. Late check out option is really helpful. Taxi orders at the reception. The supermarket manager that came to pick us up for groceries.

There was no one to show us the property, we just got the keys and was suppose to find everything in 3 bedroom apartment by ourselves. Sometimes it took more time than it had to. Reception is only until 17:00, after that you have no one to talk to, not even a contact.

I liked the staff, especially Andria was very professional and friendly. All of the staff were very accommodating. The houses were modern, clean and very comfortable. The food delicious, we ate at the hotel at least twice a day, although the accommodation offers a kitchen for cooking.

Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!

Ants because of the season change

This is an amazing property, it provides all you need for a great holiday. The beach, the pool, the bar/kitchen and the staff is just perfect. The internet connection is awesome, working seamlessly all around the property (which might be also a negative, because kids can spent quite some time with their mobiles and tablets... luckily there is a pool, beach and variety of water sports on the sea, so they can find some better activities). Our vila was clean and comfortable. I don't really like giving a "10", I don't do it because I believe there are always things to improve, but I will give it here - I think it was one of the best we've ever been and we really think about coming back one day.

The property is not located in the middle of a town, so you need a car or taxi for a night walk around the shops and bars - but other can easily say the location is just perfect for its quite and peaceful surrounding. The location is also quite near the airport, so you can hear the airplanes - but nothing what would really disturb a perfect holiday in this amazing property!

Our side sea view villa was very well equipped. The three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The two bathrooms were well functional and the WC on the ground floor was very convenient as we didn’t have to always go to the upstairs bathrooms during the day. The kitchen was very well maintained and we had everything we needed to cook a nice breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Daria who was very responsive and helpful since we booked the stay, starting by addressing all our questions and requests by email and helping us when we were there offering assistance with taxi booking, groceries delivery and food delivery. The private beach is small but very clean and well maintained. The snack bar is not bad and offers a variety of options for every meal. The place is about 20 min drive from the airport and about 25 min from most attractions in Larnaca.

The only downside is that it's in the middle of no where, there are no services (supermarket, restaurants...) around. So you either have to plan everything ahead of time or rent a car.
