The location is perfect, the views are breathtaking and the apartments are high class, very good equipped with everything you need. Great price value. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

In a few nights there was a boxing event just across the street and in one night there was loud music and noise until 1 a.m from this event which was not very nice having a toddler sleeping. But this was probably an exception rather than a rule. Also, in the weekend the street is kind of noisy until late in night so one should also have this aspect to think about when booking this location. But otherwise everything was very very good :) .

Location wise, it couldn't be any better. The view from the balcony was amazing, as the sea and the beach were on your sight. The room had quite good sound isolation and you could enjoy the quietness as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately, as the hotel is located in the city center area, parking area would be limited. The hotel provides a parking space. However, you should be lucky to find a parking place there as the parking place is relatively small. The size of the rooms are also not appropriate for a family and quite small.

The location was awesome. The availability of an apt close to the beach is great.

The place felt really run down. It could do with a renovation. Luckily my family wasn’t picky, but I would not return there. I think one can find better deals for the same or less money. The receptionist was very curt and she let the automatic doors close on me, hurting me quite a bit, and looked at me as if I was stupid, instead of explaining their peculiarity. Those doors, as we learned in the coming days, were very fast in closing, and very forceful… anyway, will not be going back there, nor recommend it to anyone. The cleaning staff also did a minimal job thoughout our stay, and some days they just didn’t show up.

We loved everything! The location was excellent, just above the water and on the boardwalk and beautiful view (do yourself a favour and get "sea view"). The apartment was wonderfully equipped, including an iron and an ironing board! the kitchen had all that we needed. The staff very friendly and attentive. The fridge wasn't cooling enough, and when we came back at the end of the day we found a brand new(!) fridge, and our products moved into it. We asked for kitchen towels and received newly bought ones. The place was very clean. We stayed 4 days and wished we could stay longer.

In summary, the hotel is an absolute delight as it's located right in the centre opposite the beach with all the main restaurants around the area. The breakfast is outstanding with a lot of options for any type of meal such as gluten free, vegetarian etc. All the rooms and the facilities are clean and tidy. Would highly recommend for a short break with family or couple.

Parking is a bit cramped but since it's free, it's alright. Another issue is access to the property as it's one way, google maps takes you to the rear street. The correct way is to circumlocute around and come back to beach road to access the street

The hotel is in a great location, with bars, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day. Despite being a double bed, the duvet was very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to get fresh beach towels every day, which was a nice touch.

- We were disappointed that there was no iron and ironing board in the room. They were only available on the 3rd floor, and with only one elevator, it was a bit inconvenient. - Regarding breakfast, I would like to suggest placing ice under the cold cuts and cheeses. Additionally, it would be better to separate ham (pork) and turkey ham into different dishes. - Another issue we encountered was the lack of power outlets next to the bed. Since most new devices use USB-C, having only USB sockets was impractical. Providing extensions or cables for USB-C devices would be much appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely excellent—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice variety to start the day off right. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but a few things fell short. Being in a Cypriot hotel, I was disappointed that the breakfast lacked halloumi, which I expected to be a staple. Additionally, the elevator was a bit old and made me feel uneasy during use. Despite these issues, the stay was otherwise pleasant, but these details could be improved for a better experience.

we visited Larnaca with friends and with 2 little kids. we stayed at the apartments of Les Palmiers. The location is super, just across the street from the beach with access to plenty of restaurants under the building and many others a close walking distance away. The view is OUT OF THIS WORLD. the beach was amazing. We had to make several booking adjustments due to flight changes and travel with other friends, and the staff (main contact was Makar) were super helpful whether it was by direct messaging or actual telephone calls. They were super responsive and tended to our needs. We had fresh towels daily and loved that they gave us beach towels daily also. They had some toiletries for us which was much needed when we arrived. The room is quite big and easily accommodated us all, but would've liked a slightly larger living space. The rooms have a lot of storage space. the kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge is a regular sized large fridge.

would've been convenient if we had a dedicated table or shelf for the bag in the bedroom. Cleaning was done daily to the floors, but it was not very thorough.

The location is very good, on the promenade in Larnaca and can be reached from the airport by bus number 425 and get off at the Marina station. The bus stop for Limassol, Nicosia, Aya Napa is very close, across the street from the hotel.The wifi was good. The hotel has 6 floors and an elevator.

In the evening there was a lot of noise from the surrounding terraces. You could also hear the cars and motorcycles passing by on the street. The breakfast was poor and unchanged in the 3 days, but sufficient. We don't know if the cleaning was done in the room because we only noticed the emptying of the trash cans.
