Having the sandy beach right at your toes when you step outside your private garden surrounding your 2-storey pool villa is an experience that you do not encounter so often. We loved it. It was worth the several days, while we were looking for the perfect accomodation for our family holiday. Recommended for everyone in need of a quiet, luxurious private accomodation, but at the same time would like to enjoy the facilities like main pool, pool bar with restaurant, beach bar, room service, water sports, etc. Thank you Atlantis Gardens!

The apartments were amazing. Clean and comfortable beds. The pool and beach and sea sports were ideal.

Unfortunately the food in the pool bar was really bad. Beef Burgers uncooked, chips overdone and cold. Order mixed up. Chicken burgers were not nice at all. Got chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was dreadful. Like rubbery jelly. reheated but not properly. Luke warm on the outside cold on the inside. Unfortunately we did not hire a car but I think it's essential. We got a taxi to Kiti which cost €65 Security man very helpful. Large crowd arrived on sun 13 not residents. They were loud and the pool was filthy by the time they left. I loved the accommodation and facilities. The food was the biggest let down since we were so remote we would have happily dined onsite but afraid it was inedible. Sorry

* Location is a bit disconnected, so if you will want to do some shooing or sightseeing you will need a car. * Breakfast was not bad, but it was SAME every morning for the 10 days we stayed there, so you either need to live with it, or get creative. I would strongly recommend the management of the venue to introduce some variety, like at least make something different on weekends or something. * Air conditioning units in numbers are old and noisy, time to get those replaces i guess

this is the second time we are staying in Atlantis Gardens - the place is perfect for a family stay: the pool is clean, safe and well equipped, breakfast is rich and fresh, easy access to a clean and quiet beach with all necessary amenities (and a possibility to rent sea sport facilities like boat, banana, sap and so...). high-speed wifi is provided and the staff is very nice. in our case, my daughter has celiac and the property provided us all necessary food during breakfast. the property is located 20 mins from Larnaca airport, easily accessed, and travel to different places in the island is very simple. to sum: we will probably be back for a third time.

The apartment was beautiful and big. 3 bedrooms perfect for 5. Living room, kitchen with needed appliances suitable for cooking. The resort is beautifu just looks like in the photos, and because less than 50 units in the resort, it doesn't feel crowded. There is a beach accees and a pool. Breakfast was not fancy but sufficient and the staff at the bar was nice.

The location is secluded and the nearest town is few km away. Need a car for everything. No restaurants arond- again all in driving distance. We stayed in for 10 days, and the room was never cleaned, and towels never changed. The dishwasher capsules are limited (you can buy from the resort). The gym is small and smelly and it was closed when supposed to be open, needed to look for the keys. once we were asked to leave rudely by the security guy.

The place is great if you are looking for a quiet holiday away from the partying places. Also great for families with children because of the layout of the rooms and there is a shaded pool and a small playground right next to the bar and restaurant. Our vacation was awesome.

Breakfast could have been better - there were the same 4 main courses every single day. For 3-4 days, it was all fine but from the 5th day forward it got so repetitive that we better cooked our own meal inside the apartament. The pans in the kitchen were a bad joke. If anyone from the complex is reading this: please replace all the scratched non-stick with stainless steel and they will last forever. Towels could have changed more frequently.

> very annoying three-time-beep at entrance from security gate. We had appt number 301 (right across the gate) and continuously heard the gate beep when somebody or a car enters the port. We managed to cope and it didnt keep us up, but would have been a more convenient stay without the beeping.. > lighting in the apt is teribble, please switch balls to softer and more romantic setting. (But seems to be allover cyprus like that). This was full focus and hard lighting. > just 1x cleaning in 12 days. Ants will attack anything if not kept clean, they were even in our closet. Kept me busy... > not much variety in menu > beach was a mess, but again we were in lowseason and it was not kept. Not sure what it looks like in high season. > beds not equally good

Excellent choice for our family gathering! We were 12 people (grandparents, children and grandchildren ) and we had 2 apartments which were exactly what we needed . Everything was super clean and brand new, very well maintained and equipped (huge wardrobes in every room, laundry machine and dishwasher in the kitchen , door to separate between the living room and the bedrooms, comfy beds, many good toiletries) . The apartments were Very close to the pool (and the beach too), bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool was very cold even though it was warm and sunny outside. would be nice if it was heated a bit, but it was still nice to sit around it.

The swimming pool was superb for the kids and was definitely the highlight. The apartment was cozy and spacious, the beach was a 1 minute walk. The food was also really good at the snack bar with generous portions, but they also drove us for free to a nearby restaurant.

There was a rocky strip along the beach shore that was just a few meters wide, but it was enough to make entering the water just a bit more difficult, especially for small kids, so they ended up spending 95% of their time in the pool. But this was just a small niggle, since the pool area was really nice.

We picked this hotel to get relax and enjoy our time in Cyprus which was even much better than what we expected. Hotel facilities including the pool and private beach were so calm and relaxing that we didn’t want to get out of the hotel. We loved our 3bedrooms apartment. Everything was very comfortable and clean and super quiet (washing machine was an extra bonus.) Hotel staff were super lovely and helpful specially Narges. We def recommend this beautiful resort.
