The staff were lovely and very helpful indeed.

The apartment is very new and lacks a few things such as cereal bowls, extra pillows, robes for all the guests, more pans, a vegetable peeler. The gym was too small for the size of the building. No more than 3 people at a time can use it. Lots of noise from the building site opposite. Works there even took place on a Sunday. The balcony is a great size but you don’t get any sun on it.

I found the receprtion staff to be polite and helpful.The Room is clean and spacious and great views from the Balcony. The bathroom shower gels and shampoos were brilliant. Location was brilliant. Free parking was very convenient.

The second room was tight for a double and felt like a closed cell and not a room. It was lacking a bedside cabinet. The apartment is way too white washed and doesn't feel very warm and comforting. There needs to be more colour than white washed walls , grey and black. There is no towel next to the kitchen sink. It's the little things that matter. There was a worrying loud clanking noise coming from the large glass panelling.. It was disturbing, to say the least, and takes some getting used to.

The property was stunning, comfortable beds, good quality appliances, everything thought about. From start to finish you could see that no expense was spared. It felt like luxury from the moment you entered the building. A welcome can make or break your first impression, The lovely lady on reception, I can honestly say she went above and beyond to help. She even helped with our luggage, nothing was too much trouble for her to help. She is an absolute treasure (she was the lovely Ukrainain lady) . The swimspa was great and location perfect. I only wished we had booked for longer and would love to stay again.

Location, view, luxury apartment, super modern with all amenities, kitchen, etc.

There are a lot of automations in the apartment with some difficult controls. For example, the temperature controller, has an 'enter' button that you have to press after making changes to temperature, fan, etc. but the button has three dots and it is not easy to understand without a manual. I suggest the building makes a short manual regarding the keys, e.g. the black key fob opens the bar for the garage, how the controls work, etc.

The apartment is situated in a pleasant and quite neighborhood in the center of Nicosia. It was VERY clean and equipped with everything a family needs, including high-end electrical appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, and toiletries. The building is new and luxurious, with great facilities such as a large jacuzzi and a compact gym. There is always a staff member at the reception, providing a sense of security and assistance whenever needed. Throughout our stay, the staff members were pleasant, smiling, and attentive to our needs.

Our stay in this absolutely luxurious 200 m² apartment was incredible. We needed extra bedding for the sofa bed, and it was provided without any hassle. The apartment features high-end materials, Miele appliances, and a huge terrace overlooking the city. Parking was included in the price. We can only recommend it!

The only minor issue was the water drainage in the master bedroom shower, but we mentioned it upon departure, and it’s just a small detail.

The apartment was very high specification with Miele kitchen and so much space. The location is perfect and the parking was an experience in itself. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially as they guided us through the parking process. The location of this property was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely be back

Found it difficult to work the air con controls.

The apartment is brand new, very modern and very big with a wonderful view! We really enjoyed our stay and even the spa/gym. It is very well located and a parking is available (even though you can only park 4 cars, we managed to get a space each time we left the building). There is a washing machine + dryer, which was very convenient.

The hotel is located in the center of Nicosia. An almost completely new building, the apartment is very spacious from design to the smallest details, accessories at the highest level by Miele, spacious beds and a fully equipped kitchen, also free parking in the hotel and outside it.
